The f2p person with the most exp is Syzygy. The f2p person with the most exp in n1 skill is Revelwood. To answer your quesion DARK, there are a lot of people with level 99 skills and are f2p. It's not that hard to get 99 cooking. I know someone that has 99 cooking and is f2p. His RSN is Jimbhello.

I can only use the normal magic. I plan to unlock ancients later this year. The only bad thing about ancients is you can't teleport to the main cities, and it uses up A LOT of runes.
