If you are willing to spend cash burst rock lobbys, they are like 150k xp/hr :

They are very rare to get, but worths when you get 1. If you get fm gloves and burn magic you can get 1m xp in no time!

Armoured zombies are very fast xp and good cash, but its highly suggested to have a bunyip, to make it easier. You can do the quests for defender of varrock, they aren't hard at all ;)

Wrong way around? Zerker/Warrior for training. Wealth for Boss Monsters. Wealth on bosses only if he soloing :P

He is excited about getting his 1st 99, i doubt he will do slayer, since is a bit slow
