You need 56 agility for regicide, but you can boost from 51 i think. Rovilng elves needs regicide completed to do it ;)

Waterfiends its the best to collect charms without losing money, your stats are good to do them, just use a void spinner, but if you don't wanna do them, you can do: 1-)Slayer. 2-)Dust devils. 3-)Black demons.
