I know about people's feeling on this, but I got a question on a take home quiz that me and like 6 other people need help on. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. A ball is thrown with an initial speed of 20 miles per hour in the direction that makes an angle of 60 degrees with the positive x-axis. Express the velocity of the vector in terms of i and j. What is the initial speed in the horizontal direction? What is the initial speed in the vertical direction? we got that 10i+10sqrt(3)j is the velocity vector we don't know how to get: initial speed vertical direction initial speed horizontal direction If anyone can help it would be awesome.

That's only you. Before I quit I could easily kill 50-70 steel dragons/hr at least with no problem. Not for people who can kill them in less than 10 hits...

Same except for air rifles as I've shot 'em. [i'm in Scouts] Lol, Scouts. I've only ever shot a .22 rifle for scouts. That is really all that they do shoot where I come from. I have shot .22, Black Powder, and 12/20 Shotgun in my scouting career.... I have much more fun stuff at my house to shoot though. I'll probably get to shoot that shotgun in the summer. Plus I like your signature Vezon. Which? I have like 13 of them. (Unless you are referring to the text, but I doubt that you are.) In other news.... Back to Purdue today. Spring break was too short. :-( Edit: I have 15 of them actually. Oh well I liked one of them LOL but yeah that makes it harder to tell which one..

I was playing COD Black ops lol

Had a dream where I'm in a field with a rifle and I keep being attacked by people with machine guns. I felt no fear and while they missed, I didn't. I took them down one by one. Then I was at an airport scenario which looked exactly like how the map Terminal looks in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. I was on the plane sitting at the airport with others, while there were gunmen everywhere. I had a pistol and some ammunition, and I started shooting them and barely ever missed. I finally ran out of ammo and started asking for some from the other people there if they had any, and someone gave me 3 tubes of long circle ammo kinda things. I was hesitant it was going to work but I loaded one of them. I aimed at one of the last 3 gunman and the pistol shots were like a ppsh from cod 5, insanely fast. I proceeded to kill all 3 of them and that's when I woke up. Decent dream.

How did they change it? They merged the trending and vote pages, meaning that in order to have a good flow of new stuff, you need to wade through all the crap that would have stayed on Vote rather than Trending. They also put a gigantic intrusive watermark in the middle of pics marked OC. Noooooooooooooooooooooooo I didn't notice trending and vote page are combined now. FAIL.

Everyone did the defending for him. Doing so now would just be starting the same argument over for another 3 pages to reach the same conclusions :P It was fun while it lasted I guess. We need more of these types of discussions though. OT has been pretty dry in terms of debates lately.

The first thing you do to make friends is to stop beating yourself up. I've gotten a lot more socially active this year because of it. Instead of being pessimistic all the time, be optimistic. No one wants to be with someone who seems depressed and doubtful 24/7.
