  1. my idea for this is that there is a hard quest, almost all in the wilderness, awarding you with a special amulet. the amulet could only be equipped/unequipped when you have nothing else equipped, and outside of the wilderness. this could stop people from using the rune rocks, getting to the kbd, using the mage arena, etc., and would make it impossible to attack the wearer(as in removing the "attack" option.) i would agree then because some people(like me) enjoy walking around the wilderness, enjoying the gloomy scenery, and generally exploring. it also lets high class, orginized clan wars to be done correctly, letting wears act as referees, or mearly observers.
  2. no problem at all, i trained to 30 with that, then added in trees, and at 48 i just used tears to get it up to 50, got lazy =p
  3. colored eggs: 1 green frog tokens/dresses: 0, i have the suit and hat in my house, and drop the others firelighters: 0, use as i get ecto-tokens 0, i prefer using my g alter heads/hands sadly none pouches 1, i dont rc much castle wars tickets around 20 full random event sets only ones in my bank are 3 pieces of mime...
  4. mining is the ONLY skill i don't like, everything else is enjoyable...but mining just gets extremely dull clicking rock after rock hoping someone else doesn't get it first. farming is great IMO but i agree that most people find it dull when they sit and wait. plant and leave. thieving is fun if you know how or do it with a friend, but I will admit pickpocketing is a pain... herblore i'll admit i'm on a crossroads, it trains slowly unless you feel like forking out money for seconds...
  5. buzz im going to try to understand your logic. your idea for why farming isn't a good skill is that you cant just put it in and it survive 100% of the time, its a waste of time? so under that idea, do you get mad when you kill a monster and don't get it's best drop in the first kill? farming takes patience, tolerance, and willingness to fail a few times. if you want a successful way to train it, heres what i did up to 30: in catherby, use supercompost in each farming zone, plant 6 potato seeds in the 2 allotment areas, whatever seed you choose, and either maringold or limpwurt. then go fish lobsters and cook them. after around 2-4 loads(depending on your level) go check and the potatos will be done, as well as maringold/limps. harvest, re-compost, and re-plant. go fish/cook another 2-4 loads. check back and each zone should be finished. harvest all, and repeat everything. should work and it gives you lobsters for training.
  6. i want one for a few reasons- great stats for a cape a nice reminder that my work was rewarded being able to tell people that if they want to see the emote, go earn the cape =p
  7. 1m steel bars(meaning 4m cballs) 1m g spears(meaning 5,000,000,000,000 gp  ) 1m crystal bows(full) 1m dbones 1m mahogany planks(god i love P.O.Hs) 1m blood runes every one of those would make me happy =P
  8. either way theyre just a bunch of hippies with too much time on their hands i just wish they wouldnt ruin good food...
  9. sadly i checked, and while you can continue helping past 100%, it gives less than 1 exp per fish....darn....anyone else have an easy way of powertraining other than monks and shilo? =p
  10. for a while ive been searching for a way to powertrain fishing other than monks and shilo village, because of the time lost banking/selling to general store. a way i noticed was in miscillenia(sp?) at the docks where you can fish to raise your approval. im pretty sure it gives a fraction of your normal exp(checking it out later) but it requires no banking, and only stopping to move to a new fishing spot. if this works out it would be a way of training fishing almost without looking at the screen and could double with people using the city to make money...ill post again when i find out about the exp...
  11. Firecape is more impressive than almost any 99 cape, with the exception of thieving, agility, slayer, and prayer(except for PC players).
  12. I got temp. muted for talking about World of Warcraft and Dark Age Of Camelot...am I the only one who finds that we aren't allowed to talk about anything else besides runescape unfair? just by mentioning another game we can get temp. muted... Also, it took them 2 minutes to look at my appeal and deny it, although i showed evidence that i was not advertising...

  14. also the best place to pick flax is in Llateya(sp?) which is right next to the bank, but you must start Mourning's End pt. 1.
  15. another way to do it is to use veracs. youll hit often and the prayer bonus is nothing to laugh at.
