one problem with this is Congress is usa only while runscape and jagex is in the uk so i dont see how this would ever happen

It is hard to log on everyday to do it. But if you go for a level each time you log on it'll come in no time at all. Then as you come closer and closer to 99 it'll make you want to get on and do some firemaking.. Just chunk it up into smaller goals, or take a break, and then come back to it.. You can do it. \ i did take a break i played a few games of castle wars ( about 50 of them actually) but this weekend i well try and just train firemaking and nothing else i hope :pray:

Off topic: you do know there are 60 mins in a houre so 2 hours would be 120 mins not 110 mins On topic: i have found the same thing when i grow fruit trees it takes allmost twice as long than it should to grow
