in all my time on rs check out my stats in my sig i have got him once on stinken time i evan died with the hat i think but i lost it nonthe less i think he is almos completely gone

technicaly nothing computer generated can be completely random plus i see thosands of randoms at the fishing guild but less at all other places

personally i think jagex will run the game into the gound but that is my opinion why this will happen is because that with scammers and aouters less and less people will want to play then with less poeple to scam the scamers quit. then ewhat is the point of aouting if no one else plays then there is no one left end of runescape. aproximate time till self desrution: if jagex dosent do more about scamers and aouters 1-2 years if they do 2-5 years max

You can have 0 if ur magic lvl has been lowered by a spec att or the teleport random. Thats whay they changed it. didn't think of that

lumbridge home teleport regires lvl 0 and evry one can cast it but no one has ever reach lvl 0 all player controled ppl are the same height
