ok, i have been killing fresh crawlers in the stronghold of security and i got 2 bottom of sceptre. i have some questions: - what r the another sceptre parts? - which monsters drop them? - is it tradable? - are its parts tradable? - how many times can it tele you to barb village? - what happens when you tele it all the times? does it degrades? why would you carry a full inventory of burnt food? cooking is easy enough. getting xp for burning food is like getting mining xp just staying in front of the rock. Think about that: - say you are trying to make a fire and you burn yourself. will you learn something? of course you will coz we learn from our mistakes, so we should receive XP but not half, maybe 1/4, 1/6, etc.

with defence 40 you can wear rune (not good for range) and up to dragon black body. it wont give you a big protection and you will be a few lvls higher, so i think it isnt worth.

I would say lessers all the way. Don't wear full metal armour. The damage you would make will be very low, and you need it for leveling mage (remember -1 hp to monster = 2 mage xp) BTW, why dont you wear a fire staff? Air runes are really cheaper than fires, and you will use more fires.
