  1. As with any guide the writer will tell you that having the best gear will make you beifit the most, thats wjy i started with bandos. Me being a lvl 122cb using barrows (which most P2Pers can afford) should already show that using cheaper armour still makes you benifit from this. But yes you are right i should aim this towards lower levels aswell. As for the armoured zomies part. this guide is mainly for people that dont find a liking in quests and as we all well know, armoured zombies require quite a few of them. You only need to do 1 quest for Zombies, and it only takes 20 min(at most).
  2. Pretty nice. I usually bring a super restore as it restores summong instead of a summ pot
  3. Karma in RS is a list of droplists.
  4. I usually go to Oo'Gloog for pools before trips. It should be noted there is a Bandos pool.
  5. Since i dont use B2P and just normal food to do my trips it would me quite stupid of me to take alot of potions with me and less food. This will mean my trips are going to be shorter and it will result in me getting less profit. And yes the Satves should be kept to sell on the G E, however if you are doing the Guthans or B2P method ou should take along alch runes and alch the Staves. You MUST take potions. This is essential. Potions alone add 5k-15k exp a hour. Even if trips are shorter, you get much mroe exp. You only sacrafice 2 spots for much more exp.
  6. Well, your offensive melee stats are quite low, although your DEF is high. Try using Piety instead of Protect melee, and get a Regen Bracelet. You should be topped off, and Piety adds to damage.
  7. Are you even at zombie monkeys? You keep saying Monkey Guards. I think you are going too far back.

Quite hippocritical, but I won't comment on it. I'm not hiding behind anyone, in fact, I think what has to be said has been said. If you don't accept the facts, don't cry and whine and just claim its all flame or "cheap shots". If you can't handle it, just yield.
  9. It is because the Melee barrows brothers have -magic defense, and 0 magic lvl
  10. OK, just another guide. Nothing new 8/10 B2P is really worth it if you have it. You have to pick up loot anyways. Potions are very essential for exp. The best method is Bunyip. If you have unicorn, you shouldn't be training here anyways.
  11. Niceness 9/10 The only thing I hated was the second kill. You were praying against some guy with just a whip, and farcasting.
  12. My mistake. I missed them because they are ordered differently on the drop table. I saw the others but didn't see (4) pots so I assumed they were not there, but I see them somewhere else now.
  13. That's a question you need to ask yourself. If you decide that you care about total levels; train slayer. But in a debate you must look at the factual evidence.

If you are just going to whine and cry, then don't post.
  15. Very nice. I think you shoukld put a little info on the corp beast's attacks.
  16. Lol. I am just picturing people rolling in their beds murmering names. 14.5 Hours is crazy! Looks like Corr and Df both have dedicated members. Next time I'd like to see a shorted fight. I agree anything over 4 hours is just a no-life contest.
  17. You can't really use it well at GWD or Mithril Dragons. With the Unicorn, all you have to do is click a button. For the bat, you must click, pick up, and cut some things. You will recieve MUCH more damage during that time. You also loose time eating. Chances are you are going to get hit while eating 2-5 things. Its only good while safespotting. Unicorn is for the lazy. And I mostly only eat papaya's, unless it is in between a spawn. Plus, you can click scroll, and not interfere with attack. Then, the moment you shoot/attack, pick up the papaya, then click "attack," right after. You'll end up with the same attack speed as you normally would. And I cut nothing, it isn't worth it. Focus only on papayas. That's just at GWD too. I went on a trio Kree'arra today, and didn't have to brew once my bat came out. Then again, I'm good at clicking and quick attacking (mage reflexes) but I'm sure anybody could pull this off. Well, there is a animation when you click the scroll, so unless you are using a slow weapon(Godsword), you are going to miss a hit no matter how fast you are. And, like I said before, you can only do it when you are not under attack. At GWD, you are going to be hit for more than that by the time you eat everything. If you don't cut, then you'll barely get above 10hp a scroll. Not having to brew is a complete BS lie. I've only been Kree twice, but I can tell you that she and the generals hits very accuratly. A few papayas won't cut it at all.
  18. Ah, a good example. Here is a common misconception. Although you are correct in the colored text, the black text is essential. Lets look at it. Range Accuracy = Range level + Range Armor/Weapon Bonuses - (Opponents Defense+Range Def Bonus)-Melee has high defense-Rangers(Normal have low defense)-Rangers(Tank has moderate defense)-Magic has almost no defense. Magic Accuracy = Magic level + Magic Armor/Weapon Bonuses - (1/2 Defense level+Magic Level+Magic Def Bonus)-Melee has high defense(Dragonhide)-Range has high defense-Magic has moderate defense Melee Accuracy = Attack level + Weapon Bonuses - (Opponents Defense leve+Defensive Bonus)-Melee has high defense-Range(normal has low defense)-Range(tank has moderate defense)-Magic has no defense The key is defensive abilities.
  19. I don't think this is real. Veng only reflects one hit. Plus, their second spec comes before yours.
  20. And where would these numbers come from? The numbers come from how the attacker get's their offensive powers. They tell only half the story. Yes, a large amount (not quite half) of range's attack bonuses come from its armor, but that does not represent half of their offensive power. Not even close. So what? Rangers have higher defence in melee, range, and mage than melee'ers. And Ahrim's gives significant melee defence and impressive mage defence. You seem to be ignoring mage defence. And all this flexibility mumbo-jumbo means nothing unless melee is indeed capable of doing more damage than mage or range. This is in fact true, but you didn't mention that point anywhere in your post. Here's the way I see it: In PvE situations, range is slightly underpowered in some cases and mage is quite underpowered. In PvP, melee is by no means superior to range or mage. Actually, rangers only have more magic defense. Tank rangers usually use a Torag's Helm, Karils, Black, or Armadyl Body, and Torag Platelegs. Rune C bow as weapon, and a shield such as Granite or Dragonfire. The key weakness is the body, which is needed for range acuracy. A melee user can use a platebody, making their range and melee bonus much greater. And Ahrim Robes don't have that much defense. Hell, a DDS can easily rip through dragonhide.
  21. And where would these numbers come from? The numbers come from how the attacker get's their offensive powers. Didn't make sense to me at all. Additionally, based on what you determine that magic accuracy is so armour-relied or that a mage tank is ineffective? Both. Consider that the best wand(master) only gives +20 magic bonus, while the armor gives hundreds. Compare that to ranged where the weapon gives abount a hundred and the armor about a hundred(give or take), and the melee where the weapon is +100s and armor only in the tens.
  22. And where would these numbers come from? The numbers come from how the attacker get's their offensive powers.

Its not naive of him to think that. Its naive to base your whole arguement on a few mods you;ve met that you dislike. The large majority are for the good of the game. Its hard for the "diehard" kids reporter to get that status. Sure, some do show off, but cut them some slack. They really do try to silence rule breakers.
  24. THIS IS NOT ANOTHER WHINING THREAD, AND FLAME WITHOUT READING THE WHOLE POST WILL BE REPORTED AND REMOVED Now, we've all heard it. We've probably all have opinions. But I want to give the scientific reasons why melee is overpowered. The first variable is the weapon Melee has a wide variety of weapons, slow and fast, and varying special attacks. The weapon counts for about 90% of the meleer's offensive abilities. Max hit depends on strength level and weapons. Has a huge one time cost, but small upkeep(barrows only) Range has a lesser amount of usable weapons. Only bows and crossbows are viable in normal use. Bows are faster while crossbows are slower, but more damaging. The only exemption is Morrigan's Javalins. Range has only one good special attack(Dark Bow), although enchanted bolts have non relyable special effects. Max hit depends on range level and bolts. The damage depends on ammo type and range level, while accuracy depends 50/50 on weapon and armor. A very low armor and weapon cost, but must keep buying arrows. Magic has only staves, and one attack speed. Although the time the spell actually hits depends on it's animation. There is no special attacks in magic, only the effects of ancient spells. The max hit depends on the spell. Very expensive spells, moderate armor/weapon cost. Magic bonus(accuracy) is about 90% dependant on the armor. As we can see, the weapon bonus is very varying. Melee is almost completely dependant on the weapon, range in the middle, and magic on armor. In addition, magic can, besides missing, may fail. Armor Melee armor is for defense against range and melee. Some parts provide a small offensive bonus. They are the most fleible in choosing armor types. Range armor is dependant on magic defense. They can tank with melee armor, but must have a piece of dragonhide or leather in order to hit accuratly. Mage armor is essential, or they will fail too many spells. Their armor is offensive only, and has almost no defensive value. In the case of armor, we see that melee is again, at an advantage. They can use whatever armor they want without severely damaging their offensive abilities. Range can tank, but still needs some range armor. Mages are fairly restricted to magic armor. They need it for offensive powers, but have no defense. It is pretty obvious that melee is overpowered. The reason is simple. Stats are gained in a different way. But this is not completely bad. It allows for hybriding. A whipper in robes can cast spells and melee very effectively. This further proves that Jagex designed magic to be a support class. Even though magic users can root, they are unable to constantly freeze, and will get torn apart by a barrage of melee or range strikes. So the question is; what can we do about it.

Yeah, alot of people do want to be mods for the little crown. But I think that is encouraging players to report for a better reason. Now, most people in the game are -10 years old. The game is aimed at kids. They wouldn't care about reporting if they didn't "get" something back. IF its just false reporting, then it will usually be descovered unless it is fairly complex. A little bit of rule breaking IS rule breaking. The littering of mod chat is unfortunate, but for the most part people DO play with chat on. They don't want people to turn chat off, and claim they heard nothing. Some mods will just block or teleport. That is because they've been asked the same questions by hundreds if not thousands of players. and don't want to talk with little kids. Mods sometimes do feel powerful. Don't be intimidated, since if they mtue you for no reason, you can just report them and complain The botting issue has not been affected by the trade limit or mods.
