I have Dreamweaver and hoping to learn to use it but I don't really see the point because I don't have a website or know how to get one. D: Though I know that you can preview the design in html after I code it and travel through the links as if it were a working site. Other comment: I will take a while to load if I code it using high quality pics but when I go to optimize the images in PS I can lower the quality enough so it will be fast. Well if you wanted to convert it to an actual functioning menu you would need to do more than optimize the images. You'd want it to be dynamically generated for any number of menu items, for example. If you decide you want to try to make it the real thing, throw me a pm, I'll see if I can give you a hand. More than likely I'll just send you off to dsavi though :P Whoa whoa hold on. I'm like the cat in your sig when it comes to coding. It scares me. But yea, I would like to learn as much as I can. Dreamweaver preview is pretty crappy, you can just open up the HTML file in firefox or something. The resolution feels weird on it but you said you can easily make it larger? It's hard to see how it'd work well at a small size and without any dummy text or something. HTML is the only thing I'm familiar with but even so, I'm still new to it. CSS and other stuff like that is like a foreign language to me. The image in the first post is reduced 50% so it's not hard to change the text if it's too dark or anything else.
