Umm... okay. Thanks for the support guys, but really I kind of just want to prove a point that ripping or not giving credit where credit is due doesn't pay off in the end. I still will try my best working on the peice I'm doing.

Well... I recently was looking through the media board, and I noticed magicmage101 was "selling abstract signatures". Well, when I happenned to take a look, i noticed he went from n00by paint backgrounds and buddy sigs to somewhat okay abstract backgrounds, I suspect he rips, and if he doesn't (highly doubtful) he still did not give credit for the brushes he used, since what he did would have taken no artistic talent; simply how to add a new layer, use the brushes, then set layer to overlay. It really made me mad. Then he proceded to call me a n00b and flame me off the topic, while one of his "friends" said several profanities to me and said I was "jealous of his amazing work". Well, to prove that I can indeed greatly outdo Magicmage's poor excuses for signatures, I challenge him to a graphics battle. The rules are as follows: 1. Must use your own brushes 2. Must use your own renders 3. Must be over 800x800 4. Must post within one week of Magicmage101 agreeing to the battle If he decides to chicken out, then I suppose I wasted my time typing this, as well as your time for reading this far. Oh well, I just want to teach Magic a lesson to give credit where credit is due, or to just not sell your "artwork" at all. First sig in Photoshop: First 3 pixel sigs (not in order): If you wan't I'll have a graphics battle or whatever. Sorry to act all nooby but I'm tired and I took offense to what you said.

It feels like enlarged Iso. Coolness.

It's umm.. It's better than the last. Two things however, less contrast, more color. The contrast makes it blinding to look at. Also don't make everything monotone and boring. Add a little flare and less randomness. Start adding some more colors, it really makes a huge difference.

Considering this is my second sig ever... You can still See if there is any talent evident from the get-go.

Ha looks 8 or 28 bit. It's cool, reminds me of old SNES games.

The linework on the character is bad, but the background is nice, and you seem to have a very good grasp of how shading and lighting are supposed to work. Just work on your characters a lot, and maybe put more contrast into the background.

If you look closely on the dges of the planet you can see he cut the planets off of something else. Also the "nebulas" are just apophysis renders set on color dodge.

I wear pink all the time. Nothing wrong with it. Also, I don't wear it simply because it's in or whatever I wear it because it's a nice looking color on me, because I have black hair and pink and black look nice together.
