  1. Ah the good ole days! I managed to sell blurite ore for a bundle, i was chuffed that day
  2. what was in the 6 unread msg?? I've only ever got 2 letters from jagex ever  Welcome to members Your membership is due to run out in 29 days Your membership is due to run out in 28 days Your membership is due to run out in 27 days Your membership is due to run out in 26 days Your membership is due to run out in 25 days  Something along those lines
  3. Alpha or sumat? My Rs memory's starting to fade nowadays lol, Alpha may have come after Eat? I really can't remember now actually
  4. I generally started pking on my own but someone would normally join me.. Couldn't really help that as 90% of my friends were pkers lol. If someone would just run and not log i was always confident i'd get one more chance to catch them and therefore i'd always chase to the last possible point, there would always be that pause at a tree or having to evade a monster that would let me get back in there and more often than not if i was given a second chance i'd finish the job
  5. Only cause foolish people with magic didn't use it lol.. Most pures basically hda the nature of a spoilt child.. They'd only fight near an altar or near safety (edge) because they had low prayer, they'd whine when they got maged? (go figure :-s ) But of course when they won a fight it was because they ''owned'' not because they'd made someone negate 10 combat levels by not using mage and then a further few by being at an altar  Always cracked me up, i'd never go without magic lol and there weren't many people that'd mess with me  n those that would generally used magic (or brought friends )
  6. :-s I've been friends with Llamao since i was like 115 combat i think lol and there were a few people with higher magic than me
  7. I can't believe you've miraculasly logged on and made your first comment at exactly the same time you were mentioned
  8. Yeah that was the one, she wasn't a whole lotta help to him though
  9. Dirty lies!!! No-one would have a war with us apart from RSD :( and that was more than enough fun lol
  10. Moron. I dunno why you're getting at him.. I think he's probably right! If Jagex decided they were going to close Rsc they'd have to transfer the characters over to Rs2 or at least give the option bearing in mind all current Rsc players are paying customers.. What i imagine might happen however, is a mass ban beforehand  then maybe about 4 or 5 characters would make it to Rs2  Nah becouse all the characters already exist on rs2, perhaps not the same stats but they are there. I understatnd that but a level 3 could have remained on rsc and quite legitimately be over level 100 now so in essence it's not the same character. I don't see how Jagex could justify closing the game and losing all data on the characters when someone has been paying for the past few years. I honestly think Jagex will never close classic for this very reason, it may end up with one server and nobody playing, they may introduce new activity rules like ''Don't play for a month your characters gone'' but they'll not close it while there is still a substantial amount of people on it.

  12. That's rich as it's you trying to put yourself up on the pedestal  You also logged from me alone so don't bother trying to say you'd only log from MI lol.. But to be fair i completely understood people not pking on the same server as us, we didn't pk a great deal but i don't think many people escaped
  13. Sometimes when you just want a giggle, things pop up to help you out
  14. It wasnt easier as such, but if you had the skill to catch, and a good server connection it was easy to get the 3 rounds, but then you also needed the stats to 3 hit, or the skills to eat faster then your opponant and catch them again before they can eat to full, its a lot harder then it sounds. Yup, and you couldn't eat while running, like on rs2. You mean you couldn't eat whilst being hit, of course you could eat when you were running lol
  15. You're all wrong, it's french! = Tout Chez
  16. You've gotta appreciate the fact it was a proper business back then too! I mean look.. He's wearing his uniform!
  17. Lmao Yea that's what chicks must say when they see you in real. i hope they dont say "lmao" in real :D I almost said 'Lol' once... Wow was that a reality check for me  I stopped saying it in-game then too lol! :P <- [cabbage] it's just habit now!
  18. You're an idiot.. It's painful to see aswell #-o Rangers loved Prayer Beasts because they pked with them. Prayer beasts hated everyone they couldn't kill because essentially they had the mentality of a spoilt scared child. Level 7 mages? [bleep] off... Plain and simple. The best pking was how the game was intended, using the best armour & weapons, the best spells, the best prayers and fighting someone of a similar level.
  19. Such dedication to training! I could never do the same lol. I tried that, especially as I had chaos gauntlets but I could never really be that active for a long time. It was the same with most of the regular trainers, surely? We all knew each other back then. This is just my opinion but what I was getting at is that there aren't actually that many high level pkers to constantly give high level people that much trouble. You'd have a little trouble sometimes, of course, but all in all it's pretty doable if you are high level and don't get scared of the big guys. Er except I was scared of the Russian clan. If you've seen Fook's pic of this huge pk group all after him, well that was them! Hey, Fook if you still have that pic show to me again please. It used ot be your sig, iirc. Anyway, the only way you'd have difficulty holding pirates or axe hut was if you had a feud and someone/some clan was stalking you on every server. That actually happened to me once lol. *shivers* Or, well, that's what I was getting at. Early days: Pirates: Ladykilljoy (for a bit and with Modsimon), Gregechidna6 (I used to help clear it for him), Equalizer T, Fkd, Wargazeme, Sir Wout, Pepsi, Tru, Datru and I Wicked I, etc. Axes: Nope, barely anyone at first since we thought it sucked since the axes hit so much and food was harder to get then. Later: A ton of people! It wasn't quite the same with other people Meili lol :P Like i said earlier you were a special case, i'd have let you come in and train with me and not be too fussed. If many other green dots attempted the same they'd soon be getting attacked, i had a short fuse for things like that and sometimes i didn't even bother giving too much warning, especially after i was a mute, it was less effort to just backstab and kill someone and have them as an enemy than it was to try and go onto msn and find someone who was friends with them to warn them, my patience wore thinner the more i trained  When you're talking about feuds.... I had quite a few of them lol :P fortunately for my training alot of them knew not to bother me because if they attacked me and started me pking i'd normally stay pking and it'd be bad for them.. Not to mention Sue was always on the server to lend a hand and vice versa so most people who attacked us ended up dead or getting a shock. I miss those days :( It was so much more fun when everyone knew everyone.. As soon as you killed someone they'd tell their friend who'd be your friend and you'd be getting msged before you even got back to the bank ''So n So said you're a loser and he's gonna get you'' or one of my favourites... ''Ad he lives in the same town as us, he say's he's gonna bang you out if you don't give his stuff back''
  20. But clearly you don't lol I trained in Axes/Pirates every day on either svr 6/8 (then 8/11?) i know exactly how much experience i could get there. The only reason i wouldn't be on the most populated server was if Sue was there, again maybe my training in axes was different to yours, i didn't bank as much cause i could train with Shark, when Sue was banking he'd log onto my server drop his remaining food outside my door and then vice/versa when i was banking. I was never forced to share with a noob in pirates because i had Jupita logged outside there aswell. And Tru, i used to do that in pirates too! Try to clear the hut lol :P best way  I used to slightly cheat though, cause i'd thieve so many chaos, i'd shoot pirates as i was about to kill one so they ran toward me aswell, it was nearly impossible to clear the pirate hut when the server was full unless you were using supers, always worth a try though. And Meili you're a bit of a special case, you were friends with pretty much everyone so they wouldn't kick you out, they'd just train with you or go elsewhere. No level ever made me think twice about attacking them for the training spot, had i not known you i'd have attacked you in a heartbeat lol :P
  21. How do you think i levelled so fast? No Sue didn't click train lol :P Sue would just afk near the pie and that's why i ended up being higher than Sue lol.. Bear in mind after i went back to Pirates on my mission for 99hp i was a mute :-# Click training was hardly going to bother me when i was unable to speak anyway?. Meet, you're [cabbage]tin! You couldn't hold Pirates or Axes on a populated server because i don't recall ever seeing you train in either and i'm sure a million people can back me up in saying i was always there, there was like no more than 10 people who were constantly on those servers in axes/pirates and it goes a bit like this... Pirates: Me Sue Hehasnoidea Bonebreaker6 (to some degree) Earlcar6/Ladypiggy Bs Arkan Zorro Toy Axes: Me Sue Swifty Alinon/Babyace Max333/Can't remember her name.. Shadow/Pixey Can't remember the others but i will do later on :P No time at the moment. And if anyone on this topic is worth listening to for knowing training exp in pirates surely it's gonna be Tru and I?
  22. Beg to differ but you're wrong. Maybe your time of playing wasn't as populated as mine but when servers where packed you could easy do 15k hp exp at pirates, did you simply afk there? I trained on them actively and axes where an easy 10k hp an hour aswell lol. Bear in mind you weren't able to hold the best servers as i did so you may have been reduced to training on server 14 where i imagine the exp was indeed that low. Main servers were a different story. There was a reason i trained and overtook alot of people and i'm sure you'd like to say i played 24/7 but i had to fit in college aswell :) And most of the summer i pked. Sue and I held onto the two best servers for axes on a near permanent basis and not many people would try and move us. Oh and there's no way of checking it now is there? A max of what? 200 people on  i'm talking when the minimum amount of people on was 800 odd.
  23. Your response honestly doesn't surprise me and the fact you didn't train in the wilderness probably didn't help you much either. You could do 15k+ hp an hour training at pirates if the server was busy, i think i trained actively in pirates til about 92 hp, then sat off in axes which was still quicker than your ''8k xp a hour'' then i went back to pirates to finish off 99hp. I wouldn't change the speed at all, because generally speaking only the people who really wanted it would achieve 99hp back then, look at the state of rs2 now.. 10k+ 99hpers whom i'm sure will all have 99 prayer magic and range in no time.. Where's the fun and excitement going to bewhen everyone's a level 126 lol? If training had been that easy on Rsc just picture Supa's clan.. Instead of it being fun to attack the clan and kill 2 or 3 you'd have to be attacking 30 99hpers who wouldn't enter the wilderness alone :-s I'm glad it was as difficult as it was because it gave a good spectrum of player levels, as alot would get to mid 90's and simply give up and concentrate on something else. There are very few aspects of Rsc i would have liked to be different and training was certainly not one of them (apart from fatigue but at least i can understand that) The only thing i ever really wanted in Rsc was to have it so everyone had catch on everyone at all times.. So if you were being caught and the tables turned you could in turn catch them instead of them being able to get away no problem, as i'm not even sure Jagex intended having ''catching'' at all it's understandable why they wouldn't implement such a change.
