I just had a massive fail about an hour ago. I was killing dust devils in the chaos tunnels for my slayer task when I needed to heal, so I thought "hey I'll just put my guthans on". 3 seconds later I almost died and was only saved by my ring of life. >.< Forgot you need to keep slayer mask on while fighting dust devils. I'll never make that mistake again.

If you buy yew logs and bow strings (at med) you can fletch and string yew longbows. Then sell the finished longbows on the GE for whatever price they will sell for and your profit guaranteed and make a small profit.

If you string them they profit. This would mean you'd make a small amount of cash and level quickly.

This. The amount of time spent getting a 25k item is not worth it. You'd make more money using a money making method and buying the pouch.
