As for myself, most of my friends call me a "not really a p-mod", p-mod because I don't report people for ticky-tacky stuff. I only get people for serious offenses like sexual refrences and whatnot. By putting the list on my blog, I'm showing people what I see as the biggest problems while playing. I definitely have more things to do than look for people to report. This proves my point about how news sources sometimes twist stories to one viewpoint. From what I saw on the TODAY Show, it seemed like the blood found in the trunk was substantial enough evidence to consider them guilty. Reading this definitely puts some doubts into me.

From everything that I've heard from the news, it points to the parents. They're also already suspects if not charged. I haven't seen the story in a while. Yes, its called innocent until PROVEN guilty, not innocent until conjecture and circumstance may possibly in some way indicate some person may slightly have been involved. The DNA evidence and sniffer dog evidence the Portuguese attempted to get admitted in court has been questioned already so NO everything does NOT point at them being guilty. FYI parents are always considered as suspect in child disappearances. Try reading past the headline in whatever rag you call a newspaper or listening past the first few seconds of a news soundbite. It REALLY worries me that you can come to such a certain conclusion whilst knowing little to nothing about a case - god forbid you ever get picked for jury duty. Golly, I'm not the freaking judge in the case... All I'm saying is that from what I've heard on the TODAY show. (the only place where I've heard the story) the things that they've been saying have pointed at the parents. Of course, I don't know all the facts, and news shows seem to have a way of twisting stories to fit a certain viewpoint. If I was on jury duty, I would be able to hear all of the facts before coming to a conclusion. Maybe I shouldn't have worded my first statement as boldly as I did, but that doesn't mean that I'm changing what I think. Maybe if I find out more facts about the case, I'll come to a different conclusion, but for the time being, guilty. (Quite frankly I don't really care about who's guilty as long as the girl is found to be ok)
