So yesterday I woke up early to go to work... I finished showering, look at myself in the mirror, smile and realize only the left side of my mouth is moving. I get scared and go to work where my friend who works with me asks me whats wrong with my eye. He said it was all puffy. So, I go to the doctor today and it turns out I have bell's palsy... pretty freakin not happy right now. I have my prom on friday and I wont be able to smile normally without lookin' like a goofball. Also, although the chances are rare, I am praying its not permanent... the doctor said it'll probably last a couple weeks but it could be more or less because no one knows a lot about the condition. So yea, now I am taking 14 pills a day to see if they help me at all... eeek

My deodorant works well. One time I forgot to put it on and I noticed more sweat/smell than usual. So yeah, it works.

Regret: tonight most of my grade is out plastered doing an event that includes doing as many tasks as possible and the winner gets around $250 (everyone pitched $2). I thought I had work tonight so I didnt make a team and it turns out I dont! I guess the good thing is that I am inside while everyone else is running and driving around town in the thunderstorm. Right now I am deciding if I should go to the after party... since its already 10:00pm and heavily raining, my mom probably wont drive me there and I dont want to drive myself because that means I couldnt drink. Also, the after party is at a guys house who I recently sorta screwed over...

Ok so, another update on my prom situation if anyone cares haha Prepare to be possibly mildly confused. So, the girl I wanted to bring to prom went on with the plan to tell the guy she was currently going with that she didnt want to go anymore. However, the guy said that he feels really shafted if she ditches him now (which is weird, because he still has a lot of time to find another date and hes a popular guy) and still wants to go with her. So, the girl tells me to talk to him and see if I can talk some sense into him. I texted him saying "i know your going to prom with (we'll call her Natalie) Natalie but I was hoping if you had anyone else in mind you could take them and I could take Natalie. Either way, get back to me and its cool if not." Anyways, he hasnt responded back. Another option that would lead to me taking Natalie is this: At first, the guy asked another girl but she said no because she wanted to go with someone from another school. When she heard about our situation, she said that if the guy she wants to go with says no, she'll go with the guy whos going with Natalie and I could take Natalie. Sounds alright to me, but the problem is who knows if this will happen. When I get back from school I start talking to another girl I used to have a crush on and tell her the entire story. To my suprise, she says if I dont go with Natalie, she will be my backup plan. AWESOME. I told her that i'll tell her by Monday who I am going with for sure. So right now im pretty happy because I have a possibility of going with either of the two girls I wanted to the most. The only problem with my backup plan is that she isnt going to the hotel for the after party, but the good thing about that is that Natalie is and we would probably spend the night together. However, the bad thing about going with my backup plan is that Natalie is having a bunch of the grade over (who I hang out with the most) over to drink and stuff before prom, but my backup plan is going somewhere else, so i'd have to go with her (which i dont mind that much). ANYWAYYYS, hopefully some of that made sense... I really should have named all the people before I told the story, instead of calling the people "back up plan", "the guy", and "other girl"

Hey, so for a very long time players of runescape have wanted to be able to fix what they have typed. For example, if I typed "Buying 100k faethers", I clearly made a typo on feathers. I'm not sure if this is a new update, but I accidently stumbled upon it today. If you hold SHIFT and press the left arrow, your cursor will go backwards and you can retype something if you wanted to. Again, sorry if this isnt news to anyone, I just stumbled upon it for the first time since playing in 2001 :P Hope it helps someone

Yeah, she reallllly didnt have an answer as to why she said yes when I asked her why she did. New plan is she confronts him and tells him whats up truthfully. I think its better that she confronts him because she really got herself into the mess, and if I did I dont think it would go over as well.

So, [cabbage] just went down with the girl I was going to ask to prom. She starts talking to me over msn and tells me that on Saturday night a good friend of ours asked her to prom. She says he said it was just as friends (btw, he was drunk, not sure if she was) and she said yes. She doesnt want to go with him, and asked me for advice on what to do (knowing I was going to ask her to prom). So, I said "i say you talk to him [about the situation] because (suprise, suprise) i was planning on asking you" She then responds "you were going to ask me...? shocker ;)). For the rest of the convo, we try to hatch a plan so that she can confront the guy and end the plans with him so I can ask her. Plan 1 (Her plan) She tells him that I wrote prom all over her driveway last night and that she couldnt say no (I guess she would say that she wanted to go with me all along and she hopes he understands) Plan 2 (My plan) - Tell the guy I wrote prom all over her driveway Saturday night (when he asked her) - She didnt see it til the morning because it was dark - She didnt say anything to any of her friends because she wasnt sure how to handle the situation - She decided that she really would rather go with me as a date than him as a friend because of our past? The thing is, shes a terrrible liar, so we arent sure if she can pulloff the lie. Any help? I really think if she doesnt do plan 2, she should just go up to him say I asked her to go as a date (rather than friends),and she would rather do that than go with him as friends.

Yeah, I was just thinking of asking her straight up "do you want to go to prom with me?". But, maybe she would like something more creative. My friend came up with this: Me: Hey, I was just wondering what colour your dress is for prom, ya know, so we can match. Oh wait, I forgot step 1, do you want to go to prom with me? Girl: Heck yes! Ahaha.. is that any good?

So.... tips on asking a girl to prom? The girl has been one of my bestfriends for years (we even went to grade 8 grad together) and a couple months ago we started hooking up. The girl definitely still likes me and her friends said she would say yes. How should I ask her?

I saw Hot Tub Time Machine a week or so ago, sooooo funny. Also really liked the soundtrack.

My birthday is in 6 days and I asked for my bday present a bit early (couple weeks ago) and got my mom to get my the blackberry I wanted! So far its the most awesome cell phone I've ever had and I would recommend a blackberry (I have the new bold) if you dont already have a cell phone you like a lot. If you already have everything you need, just get some dope clothes. Or something you can trade for money to buy pot/booze :smile:
