thats horrible xp since u waste hours on getting enough sc points to buy enough melee armors for 1h of stunning. ur better of alching in that case(costs of alching is less than stunning for a little more xp/h) since you got 40-50m to spend: just burst/barrage rock lobs: wonderfull hp+summ xp. if u dont care about summ, monkey skeletons are best But you use half the soul rune costs

i got 227k xp an hour before (thats my record) use stun with sc melee amour

Oh didnt see the solo part lol @ assasin1357: you have to use range prayer when killing bandos. when killing zamorak, you only need to use the prayer that whatever minion is attacking you with so it is really easier in zammy when minions can hit you in bandos

Alching of course Try alching some battlestaves to lose less money

If you dont tank, zamorak is easiest

About same as alching Make about 200k an hour and good mage xp
