I thought the attack where the Wyvern jumps up and emits a blue glow was the ranged attack, and as such I found it highly effective to switch to range prayer whenever the Wyvern does this. I have never been hit by the attack using this method and can do a Skeletal Wyvern task using hardly any food, compared to the amount of food I use whilst only using the melee prayer. Note: I have maxed melee stats and wear black dragonhide whilst killing Skeletal Wyverns.

Incorrect, only the uncharged shield has no strength bonus, whilst the fully charged shield has a +7 strength bonus.

People have said it never had 7 strength when uncharged in the first place, it was just a knowledge base error. Which they corrected, and made another error in the process.

It means they aren't going to be given today.. As they are only given on the first day in fairy tales, which RuneScape is not. I suppose.

Doing Slayer missions? Lunar magic for the talk to npc spell. Castlewars? Ancient magick, not that i play CastleWars. Player Killing? Normal magic if im meleeing, and probably Ancient magick if i was maging. Barrowing? Normal magic, for slayer dart. Kalphite or King Black Dragon killing? Normal magic, no reason Staking? Ancient magick, if i staked and had 94 mage. Every day use? Normal magic, as it is the most useful for me generally. Mystical.

I personally love this series of quests, and have loved doing all of the others. So i have no opposal to them doing what they want, i mean it is THEIR game. Mystical.

There was some really nice information for new players with this, and details on things they can do or collect. There was also some nice single pictures of demons and the KBD. And some of the people NPC's also looked weird up close. Mystical

I trained all the way to 99 str with dragon scimitar. But since i got flat 99s i have trained over 1mil extra strength exp on controlled with whip. Mystical.

I have never made as much money as I have off of whips, with any other skill. So no im not going to go and do another skill when I need the cash quickly. Also stop trying to take the piss out of me by using my name at the end of your posts, it doesn't work, it just makes you look like a fool, because your name isn't mystical. Everyone knows about the economics, everyone knows about demand and supply, so stop mentioning it. Anyway you should try getting 85 slayer and see how much time you waste killing abyssals instead of doing other things, I have to waste 6-8 hours of my skill training time to get 1-2 whip drops there and now the price is dropping. If the price drops it means i have to waste even more of my time there to get the cash i need to train my skills. Mystical.

I had the same problem earlier, I was at fairy ring abyss, happily killing abyssals when a level 122 comes along and randomly just stole the one i was going to attack. He wouldn't leave, and being the stubborn person i am we ended up wasting an hour of our training fighting over abyssals and he ended up half killing every abyssal demon in the abyss. While i kept one and didn't let it get stolen and carried on killing. Eventually he got fed up of standing around not being able to kill any, and killed them all and logged. Mystical.

I never said that me getting drops alone affected the price, i JUST STATED that i rarely get whip drops anymore. Plus you can ask someone who wants a whip, but then they would just say some stupidly low price, so that they wouldn't have to work for it. All of the lower leveled people i am friends with level 70-90 are happy with the price, as it gives them something to aim for. Mystical.

You say that loads of people are selling when they get the drop, but i visited world 2 and the forums a few days ago. And all i could see selling whips were merchanters without 85 slayer, with little to no buyers, due to the overcrowding of merchants trying to sell whips because they had heard the prices were falling. Since then the price has pretty much stayed close to 2.3. Mystical.

Its nothing to do with more people getting slayer in my opinion, i rarely get whip drops anymore. The main cause for this drop of price was a few people saying they were going to go down. People believed them and spread it around more, then suddenly everyone was rushing to sell whips, this caused the market to crash a few hundred thousand, and then it stopped again. Hopefully they will return to 2.5 mil, as that is a resonable price for how good they are, and i have no problem paying that for it and nor does anyone else i know. Mystical.

I have allready been told by my teachers that two of the courses im taking, Chemistry and Human Biology, have no coursework or essays what so ever. Instead they just have assesed praticals, and the final tests. IT work has allways been easy so i don't really expect anything too hard from that, Geography will be the one i get most work from i think. Mystical.

Well anyone from the UK should know that homework is scarce here, so its pretty easy for me to just complete the 1 or 2 pieces i would get every other week in an hour and it would still be high enough standard. Me playing runescape for 4-5 hours a day during the week hasn't effected my grades one bit and i still passed with my predicted A's and B's. As i am now starting Sixth form/College i might have to adapt slightly more. But still, i don't see any reason my time playing would be so short i accomplished nothing.. If i only have 30 minutes to spare, i really wouldn't use those 30 minutes for Runescape its just not worth it, you can't get anything accomplished in that time efficiently, so as if i only had 30 minutes every day, i would just quit, as i would get nowhere. Well school has never really affected my runescape playing time, as i've never had a lot of homework. I just finished my GCSE's and will now be going into A levels. And still there won't really be any affect on my playing times. I will still probably managed 5-6 hours a day. Mystical.
