  4. 77 Divination Daemonheim Tasks completed, haven't collected any rewards yet. 1 medal in Fish Flingers from the Super September Challenge. Yeah, I'm that good at FF. Rolled over 3 Oxheads and 2 Engineers in Ports. Did roll Combat and Seafaring captains with only 1 trait each. So having fun trying to get them levelled up. Mostly collecting various resources/lacquer for the Death Lotus hood since I maxed port score. 29K from 98 Herblore. Dun...Dun...
  5. Well to them it is difficult to comprehend. I've met quite a few people who above average intelligence and they can't comprehend why people would struggle with subjects like Math (Calculus, Statistics, etc) and Science (Chemistry, Physics, etc). From what I've seen it seems that since it's so easy to them they overgeneralize and assume it should be easy for everyone ignoring the fact that their higher than normal intelligence makes the information easier to comprehend. Of course that could lead into why is it easier for people of above average intelligence to grasp these concepts. Is it societal interaction? Better teachers, more attention, etc or intrinsic? better problem solving skills, way of thinking, higher motivation etc I was just using Calculus as an example. :P
  6. Everyone knows that the bigger the sword the bigger the... #
  7. Thought of the Day September 16, 2013: Why do highly intelligent people often have trouble understanding why people of average intelligence have trouble grasping concepts? Example: Someone with a 150+ IQ having difficulty understanding why someone else would struggle with Calculus.
  8. 75 Divination Possibly last scroll mission sent last night, fingers crossed for 80th scroll :P Since Sinkholes is going to be a Super September challenge this weekend who wants to come with me and help me finish the DG Tasks? #

September 14th 2013 Sinking Feeling Successfully complete a game of Sinkholes. September 15th 2013 Urn Your Reward Start and fill two different urns (you do not need to teleport them). Sinkhole+4
  10. 3 Tasks left Daemonheim (Sinkholes, 86 Divination) Working on Divination again, I'll finish DG tasks once I meet the requirements/Super September challenge for Sinkholes. No scroll missions :( Too tired to think
  11. Wonder if can boost the 86 Divination req :P
  12. 73 Divination 78/80 scrolls in PoP. 9/9 Super September challenges so far. :P Spent Thursday - Sunday at my parents which brings me to the thought of the day Thought of the Day September 9, 2013: The saying, "distance makes the heart grow fonder" might seem like a cliche but is it? Justify your answer.
  13. Interesting point, though the costs outweigh the benefit since there are better methods to keeping your weight down. I learned something new today though #
  14. I just found it an amusing parallel between the two. Gene has always been limited by a fairly narrow viewpoint. While he does think his suggestions would work he doesn't necessarily understand the RS clan world/Jagex as well as he thinks he does. Although, to be fair, WG has survived longer than most other clans at this point Sabres, Gladz?, THE? being the exceptions. I sort of debate existing longer as a clan if you come from another game and eventually a large group moves to it. Sabres being the oldest followed by THE clan by that logic.
  15. They're obviously going to wait for October 1st before they allow bonus experience on Divination so nobody can use Super September challenges on it. :P
  16. Interesting, it's probably a combination of both. Also people tend to want to do better for the next generation, i.e. be a better role model. 72 Divination 4 scrolls left in PoP. Rolled over 3 Oxheads FML. Made Superior Tetsu helm and Superior Sea Singer hood. Just need that damn lacquer for the final helm :(
  17. Quitting smoking actually causes people to lose weight gain I thought. Source for smoking keeping weight down?
  18. By that logic she would die sooner from stress anyway :P Smoking also has the advantage of being legal compared to other things. For my mother-in-law, she started smoking at 14 or something because her brother started her on it. Every time she tried to quit somebody died (coincidence) which of course made quitting difficult and then she would relapse. It's interesting how people start though. Do your aunt and uncle not allow smokers around their child or something?
  19. Just google His_Lordship TS rant and then you'll understand why it would be funny when someone like him posts an extremely long and serious suggestion.
  20. Jack of Trades, Green-fingers, Vampyrism, Penance. Assuming nothing has really changed from before.
  21. Credit to ps3trophies.org for the above information. Smartphone Integration - When a user purchases a PlayStation 4 game on his or her smartphone from anywhere in the world, the PS4 console at home will automatically wake, download the game, and then go back to sleep

Pre-ordered PS4 and Watch Dogs long ago. PS4 pre-orders are now sold out in Europe and NA though. Anyone who pre-orders now has to wait until Batch 2 arrives (unknown arrival date at this point)
