Welcome, the best steps are to get your members posting in and around Clan Discussion. Get used to the atmosphere, drop by #clans, and eventually take a look at the TWR if you're interested. Not sure what type of clan you are but post fights you have in Wars & Run-Ins (includes skill wars). We're all pretty nice here except Laikrob but her bark is worse than her bite. :P

As long as the team doesn't do all the same things as your clan, and your clan takes priority over your team it's not multi clanning. Teams are for a specific purpose, CWA, PKing, GWD, skilling, community, patriotism, etc. As long as the team stays to its specific purpose, ie. a CWA warring team wars, then it's fine. When say a CWA warring team starts having events, wars, GWD trips, skilling events, etc. it becomes a clan.

WG is still the same though it's hard to fit the ARPK philosophy into PVP and Bounty Worlds. :P I think a lot of clans outside the top clans are still honor in the sense of most people, ie. not crashing etc. Other than it's that clans who do all these NH things that attract all the attention, "bad news sells better than bad news" and similar to celebrities everyone pays more attention to the things they do so every negative thing is magnified to applied to everyone else.
