I'm going to stop saying when I'm going to get things, because I keep turning out to be wrong. -.- Though, all my wrongs so far have been because i was earlier than expected, not later, so that's not necessarily a bad thing, I suppose. Anyway, today I got 57 magic and 67 ranged. I'm now 46k from 68 ranged, so I'll be getting that sometime soon, along with 54 prayer. Also, no conversations worth screeny-ing, but I did run into a guy from a couple of days ago. You might remember the conversation where somebody was insisting that Lesser Demons gave more experience? Well, one of the intelligent people in that conversation was still training at moss giants today. We didn't talk much, but I picked up and returned some of his adamant arrows (maybe 30 altogether), he gave me a ruby when he mined it (I got the feeling he would have dropped it otherwise), and then before he left, he gave me 5k and 15 law runes for 'being honest.' :o :D So that was nice. I was so thrown by the gesture that I didn't get a screenshot, but I think that encounter is going to be the high point of my several days at mossies. :) [hide=57 Magic] Oh, and I worked it out. For 300 alchs, I had a net loss of 8500 gp. Not too bad. Thanks for the tip, istolethepie. Can I have some of the pie you stole as a reward for 57 magic? #-o I was mining in Falador, and I see a 100k Drop Party, I figure "What the Hell, why not" and go, and some level 50 says "Go away this is my xfer noob" :lol: First day after French worlds were released (before they were announced on the English main page), I was doing something, don't really remember what, and I see a drop party being screamed about - it was worth over 10 mill. Get there, and turns out it's a couple of guys trying to avoid the trade limit. They spent the entire time before the balloons dropped ordering everyone out of the party room. Needless to say, I don't think anyone did unless they lagged out.

I've had a few over the past couple of days, though I don't know how 'funny' they are. Note for this one, all three of us were ranging moss giants at the time this conversation took place. Also, I remember back a while ago when I was mining gold in the crafting guild. Someone asked the normal 'mining lvl?' I was around 65 or 66 at the time and as soon as I said that, he started telling me to go mine in the mining guild, because 'theres tons of gold there!!!!!!111!!!!!!' When I said there wasn't, and that I had been there before, he continued to insist that I was wrong, even though he had less than 50 mining, and so had clearly never been in there. :roll:

Okay day, got 66 ranged, did a little bit of smelting, and got most of the way to 57 magic. :) I'll definitely get 57 magic tomorrow, but 67 ranged probably won't be until Wednesday since I still have 45.4k experience to go and I'm going to be working in the morning. Also, I had the almost-expected conversation with an idiot, or as the other person present labeled him, a 'nutburger.' I missed the very beginning, but most of it is there. If you feel like it, you can see that the conversation was ongoing while I was leveling up - the idiot is speaking in the level up picture. Enjoy the pics. Tbh alching is quite fast and there's barely any loss if you do the right items. Plus you're able to talk and you can do it anywhere : I have heard that. I just got high alch a couple of weeks ago, so I haven't had much chance to look into what would be best to alch, but it is definitely on my to-do list. :D EDIT: Took a brief break from playing with the giants to smelt while looking up alchables. Best I could find was a 37 gp per alch loss, which works out to about .569 gp per experience point, which isn't too bad. Of course, there's the stupid G.E. buying limits, but I'm seriously considering alching to 60. :)

Once I get started on the smithing out all that iron I mined, I'll be high alching the steel plates. Hopefully that will get me a few levels. *fingers crossed* :pray: I also teleport while runecrafting and ring alch all my moss giant armor drops. I just really don't like training magic. :P Hence it being my second-lowest skill. ;) On a completely unrelated note, the next post should make this two pages! \ :)
