The official handbook? I think not... First off, Jagex would not publish it when they already have the immense knowledge base, and hundreds of fansites. If this is not Jagex's work, and someone has put "official" on it, I think I am right in saying that Jagex has a valid court case against the author.

It won't work. Jagex created construction as a money sucker. That explains the HIGH construction costs and the low prices that flatpack sells for at general stores. If this guild was created it would cause such a drastic drop in prices that construction would end up having a reverse effect ultimately, and put more money into the economy than it took out.

I think hunter was a rushed skill personally. They wanted to persuade low level players to get members, obviously construction and slayer haven't offered that because of the high combat/money levels required.

Yes, but there is a difference between rares and discontinued items. RARE items include super poisoned bronze daggers and dragon chainbodies. Give the 3rd age items a year and they'll cost little more than dragon. Give santa hats, party hats etc a year, and they'll cost a hefty bit more than atm.

To be honest, do many pures, lots of which have level 1 defence (sorry edited, said strength by accident :o) and only 60 attack have the ability to get the quest cape? In my opinion it can't be harder than DT.

thats the xp cap for agility?! there will be in a few years It's extremely unlikely. If it took 4 years for a player to get 800 million experience, then that player is only 17% of the way to maximum xp.

If you think about it, you need 200M XP in each skill to be maxed out. True?

Is it just me or is there no significant speed difference in using this?
