But they do not send individual emails and do not actually support their customers. It is basically like you walking into a shop with a faulty good, requesting for help but there is no one EVER to help you with it. That shop is breaking the law as they are not supporting the customers.

No, it isn't about the recent rule update. When you post in the rants forum of runescape about the shocking customer support that Jagex has, you're thread gets locked, and are told to bring it up with customer support. So if you tell Jagex what your issue is with the message centre, they give you an automated message. I've done some of the research on this using some official government websites, and technically, if you are a paying member, you are able to report this to trading standards. Can anyone please confirm this?

Not exactly a drop, but... I got a crystal key as I got a half key from the MOMs box. I opened the crystal chest, and got a half key! The bought the other half, opened the chest, and got another half key! I got the rest of the key then opened the chest, and another half key.
