As far as I know, ring of recoil hits back when you get hit. If you pray protect you won't get hit, while if you don't pray, you'll get owned immediately, seeing that you have only 10hp. The new items are simply an additional incentive to train prayer for those who don't (eg. pures) It wouldn't work anyway since recoil ring hits back only if the opponent does the damage, not if you do it to yourself.. : and you can get hit if you are pray protecting.. players can hit through protect prayers. waaaah he prayed z0m6 t1$ 3nd 0f d(_) wurld
