This was revealed by a billboard that said "trip to Vice City, only $300" 2. It seems to take place in Liberty City This is all I remember No it's supposed to be new york...

With me the only thing it has affected is I am in world 99 alot.

2nd degree burned my whole hand... a flaming piece of wood shot out of the fireplace and I picked it up before it lit anything... or... Going full speed on a mountain bike on the road down a hill, I hit a rock and fell right off sliding along the ground and my knee was gushing blood like crazy, wouldn't stop bleeding for about 10 minutes and my whole leg was soaked in blood... Last but not least (just rememberd today) I was on a beach running and all of a sudden a shard of glass from a beer bottle (damn idiots who can't throw them out) went straight up into my heel and I was bleeding like hell but I didn't realize it until it got taken out (hurt 10x worse than getting it in)

I say get a license for a gun insted, though I'm not sure about a knife... Just don't deny you have a weapon and say it's for self defence.
