  1. Bump. (Is it just me, or does Tip.it need a faster server?)
  2. Worst failed lure attempt ever? :XD:
  3. Seriously though, try booting into Safe Mode first. That way the virus will almost certainly not run. You should then be able to scan for and delete it.
  4. Nice drops and good luck. :o First post ftw?
  5. 1gb of RAM for XP has always been the recommended amount because of RAM hungry apps and background processes. Yes it's usable with 512, but it leaves you with very little wiggle room if you use something like PhotoShop or use multiple applications at once quite regularly. My old XP system with 512mb = slug. A friend's XP system with comparable stats and 1gb = fast. Get 1gb, RAM is insanely cheap nowadays anyway. And if you do anything much beyond the basics, get a bit more. And seriously consider upgrading the whole system if it can't support DDR2. Just my two cents.
  6. I need to go to bed soon so I can't check right now, but I will say do not get a Mac if you want to play RuneScape. Unless you use Safari (which sucks btw), then there are several major glitches with Java handling and tab switching, and it's too expensive anyway. I think HP has some pretty good computers (I like them a lot and have used quite a few). Also, check sales at local computer stores; that's where you find most of the best deals.
  7. I would buy a copy of XP or use an existing one and set up a dual-boot system. Here's a tutorial I found with Google that looks pretty easy. http://apcmag.com/5485/dualbooting_vista_and_xp Or use software such as Microsoft's Virtual PC to emulate an earlier system. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/produc ... rview.mspx Unfortunately, both of those require a copy of an older version of Windows. But that's the easiest option in my opinion. :|
  8. I'd say 1.5-2.0 gigs if the rest of your computer is relatively good. If it's more than 2 years old, you may be better off upgrading the entire system.
  9. Agh, missed it. :x [hide=Click.][hide=Again.][hide=And again.][hide=You made it!][hide=I lied.][hide=Almost there]BEST LEVEL EVER!!!!! HUGE GRATZ!!!!! =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> [/hide][/hide][/hide][/hide][/hide][/hide]
  10. All I really need to do is get to where I stop failing Ape Atoll. I can never remember whether it's 70 or 75. -.-
