To be honest, I like Logitech mice a lot.. I use an LX7, and while it's not a gaming mouse, it's really good for general use.. As long as the mouse you get is full-size (like already said) I think it'd be a good investment. (And for $50, it looks pretty nice. :))

People will download MP3's and hurt artists with no remorse, but would pay $hundreds of dollars for an operating system made by a company that has hundreds of billions of dollars in capital, even though both are just as easy to D/L. Always baffles me. But yes, XP is overall better than Vista if you compare the features.. I still have Vista on my tabletop computer, it's not that great at all. I especially hate how just running the OS takes your graphics card power and plenty, plenty of RAM. RAM is cheap, and graphics cards aren't too expensive either.. The 4 gigs of RAM and my 8800 GT 1gig graphics card in my computer cost about $260. To get a Mac with any decent capabilities, you have to pay at least $1000, and my Vista computer with a 5.9 - 5.1 - 5.9 - 5.9 - 5.9 WEI cost $1200 and never has any lag problems (Except for when I accidentally opened about 350 8-megapixel pictures at once.. In separate windows.. #-o ) But any computer except the absolute best would have crashed to that.. And about the RAM usage: Vista makes the most out of your RAM by caching things in it even when they aren't being used, and makes its best guess as to what programs you'll use and when, so you spend the least time possible waiting for programs to cache themselves in the RAM. Vista has something in all but a few megs of my 4 gigs of ram at all times, and I never notice any performance slowdowns because of it. And about the MP3 downloading: Lots of people at my school actually think it's legal because file-sharing programs themselves are technically legal. :? (It's very illegal, actually.) OS downloading, on the other hand, is obviously illegal to anyone. And Vista has substantially more features than XP, actually. I like it a lot more, to be honest. (But if I didn't have the hardware to run it smoothly, I would definitely choose XP, though.)

I haven't heard about any problems with 3gb of ram (And my dad's computer has it and works fine) but to get to 4 gigs of ram, you'd have to get a 64-bit OS. That laptop you have there looks fine though, I use several computers with 2gb of ram and worse specs in other areas on a regular basis and they work fine.

(They're also pretty good for certain high-end applications..) -But the main thing is: Everything I do besides basic productivity functions won't work on a Mac unless I boot into Windows, which defeats the point of having a Mac. Plus, my new ~$1200 Vista/Ubuntu desktop would have cost me $2600 had I bought a Mac Pro with identical specs. -I use Macs all the time at school. They're manageable, but I always feel much more at home in Vista than in Mac OS. -Mighty Mouse. 'Nuff said. :roll:[/hide] Laptops can last a while.. My mom's 5-year-old laptop with an Athlon XP 1800+, XP Home and 512mb of memory still works perfectly, except for the battery (which is completely dead).. Lol. FTW. =D> If you upgrade to 2GB of memory, you'll love it even more. ;) Vista's really good, but needs a lot of resources to run well. But that laptop looks really nice, :) Unfortunately, I don't have my own laptop, but I get to use my mom's Sony VGN-FZ140E/B when I need to use a laptop...

That's what I thought. Then my brother decided to show me something cool - he grabbed the keyboard and showed me how to say "crap" without it getting filtered. I was in the middle of Lumbridge talking to about 5 people at once. I quickly explained, saying "That was my bro" and get a blackmark for account sharing.. What I'm saying is, you might not be as lucky as you think. Good job for holding out though.

What were they thinking with the scroll bar?! :shock: But the rest of it is really nice, except the lack of a keyboard shortcut for clan chat and having it impossible to click on the run icon to toggle run.

If you are permanently banned, then you have the option to appeal the offences. If all of your appeals have been used and you still have 10 or more black marks, then you get the option to use a "last chance appeal". This is one final appeal that you can use, and if it is accepted then you will be given a "last chance". You will be unbanned but still have all the blackmarks. Also, the blackmarks will not be removed, and after using a last chance appeal then you will NOT be given another, even for future offences.
