i think you can buy both paste and tar from port khazard, otherwise check some sort of item list/guide thingy

personally, age doesnt matter, besides 10+ (due to mild violence), but maturity does. the game askes how old are you and it goes to 60+ then i think you should be okay. :thumbsup: i have a few mates at 21 though im 16 but we resepc each other also for maturity levels. though most of us are from different cultures and parts of the world which is a good thing. bringing us all together (ergh hippy moment) back on topic, your fine the way you are only you choose "am i to old?". :thumbsup:

if you panic with prayer you could hit the wrong one, ive done it plenty of times and so has everyone else, if you havent your lieing. basically, keep calm plan your attack and strike with the blade not the handle. and when you get that lovely cape, congrats. =D>

this question is sort of based for AUSNZ people as its a feature only for us, but if you can answer id still like that. recently i thought id use the Pay by Phone feature on my mobile but before i do i needed to find out 2 things... 1) does it work? caz i dont want towaste credit 2) does it cost extra? Norm PBP is $12 for 30 days membership but if i pay from phone will it go up due to extra charges etc? ty if you can answer.... ...free cookie if you answer :P

Free players brought it upon themselves why Jagex didn't release free players skillcapes, autoers ftw. That's ridiculous to say that. First of all how the hell is it our fault that people auto. I didn't bring it upon myself. Secondly what use would an autoer have to buy the cape in the first place? None. If you weren't so ignorant and you were a member you'd understand. Let me try to explain this clearly. AUTOER get 99 in a SKILL by AUTOING to get SKILL CAPES. Btw if the free to play worlds weren't harboring so many autoers they might have had skillcapes. And I can totally understand JaGeX by some posts here why they didn't give f2p more stuff :uhh: If you weren't so ignorant you'd realise no autoer could make it to level 99. Jagex owns them too fast. You have no idea what an autoer is. There ARE NO HIGH LEVEL AUTOERS. Autoers = gold farmers, low level ("disposable") characters that have short lifespans that live to do an easy, repetitive action over and over. That's an autoer. And it's still not f2p's fault they have autoers. They can't help it. If it's anybody's fault, it's Jagex. It's their job to stop autoers, not the players. here here!! its not our jobs as F2P to monitor or "babysit" autoers when they get out of control, and the reason you pitch this on f2p is because members has barely an autoers while its "FREE" to play in f2p so these sweetshop autoer market people dont pay for members to look suss, as that using money to make money, while they prefer, dont pay, get payed. and honestly i think f2p should be allowed skill capes with zero stats, it would recomend those woh slaved away for it. and if you say, its only $5 just to get membership for 1, in autralia PBP costs $12 which is over double the credit cost and maybe we like f2p, but dont want to pay membership for the cape. its not whining, is arguing and protesting our rights as F2P! now after that long rant, i think ill get a drink of coke and kill some reds in halo.....muahaha!

i go through thr same thing as you so i hear ya out. sibilings are a down right pest and it sounds like your brother is a downright weaseling git. try to make an agreement to your parents, you do certain amount of hw /study, and over the time of it, you can be rewarded membership, or access to rs without constantly poping a window up/down. and him thinking it will take over your life, doubtful, i only know of 1 kid who did that, and well it was on 20-1, an australian show. little fat german kid smashed his comp and threw keyboard out windows etc, and guess what the monitor had open?
