Zilyana is one of the most fun bosses in the game, as well as one of the most profitable, so this promises to be a great event. Week 2: No event Week 3: VORAGO The king of bosses. The most valuable drops in the game. Need I say more? Week 4: Nex Although no longer the toughest boss in the game, Nex is still a great challenge with some spectacular drops, and an even more spectacular drop rate. If Vorago doesn't make us bank, maybe Nex will. Happy hunting!

There needs to be a height variable in combat. Kinda like Kree, but more sophisticated. Look at Vorago; we kill him by hitting his toes a lot. That's stupid. We should be required to use halberds/pikes/spears and longbows to deal lots of damage.

This is a much better idea then "You can't effectively kill the monster because you don't have the right weapon/combat style." Or, more realistically, "This monster's weakness doesn't matter because you're using a level 90 weapon".

You should get a small damage boost for following a monster's weakness

I can understand why they'd remove it, though: it looks bad to new users. RS3 is as much about bringing in new players (and apparently they're doing a pretty good job; I personally know a few people irl who've made new accounts to try out RS3) as it is about improving the game for veterans, and you don't want new users to be put off by a shitty quest that's no longer necessary.

I don't get why they're replacing an old (classic) quest with an up-to-date one. I suppose the reason is likely to be “quality control” – and it’s probably premature of me to judge at this point, but why not simply make it an entire new quest and let us enjoy both of them? Not that I mind, really – I’ve just always enjoyed doing quests and would rather see “more” of them than “less”, as it were … :unsure: I recently created a new account. Replayed Black Knights Fortress....it wasn't good. Its short, extremely light on lore, storywise its bare-bones, and takes maybe 5 minutes if you already have the items. I did it maybe 2 weeks ago on 07, and I thought it was a fun quest. There is quite a lot of old Jagex humour in there. Other than the humor, it's a pretty benign and stupid quest. They could have left it and just made the new one a sequel to it, though.
