Tbh, they don't sound like friends... I agree. If they look down on you just because you haven't "won the RuneScape lottery" by becoming a mod, they're pretty crappy friends.

I despise Duradel. All he ever assigns me is black dragons, iron dragons, and steel dragons. I can't kill stand killing steel drags, their defense is too high. I like killing black and iron dragons ok, but I'd like some variety... I'd like to kill some things that don't require prayer and anti fire potions and all that... Duradel just doesn't give me that. I use Sumona. The loss of 3 points per task is so worth it to me because it makes training slayer actually fun. Besides I Burthroped so many Steel Dragon tasks from Duradel that I wound up getting 0 points from him.

I always hate people who reply with nothing but a link to another thread. Its so unhelpful :roll: Anyways, some monsters that have an ok drop rate for nature runes are Hobgoblins. They also drop lots of limpwurt roots that you can sell.

I know you would love to think you got pmod by helping people, being mature etc, but it doesn't work like that. Do you know, how exactly a player moderator becomes a player moderator? I'm afraid I can't explain it. But no, I didn't get "chosen" because I helped people and typed punctual in game. But no, you're right, it doesn't work like that. So many contradictions, but oh so hard to explain. I could understand how being helpful would help you become a forum moderator, but there's no way Jagex could ever see that in the game. There's no way you can "report" someone being nice or helpful, nor is there any way they can see the way you type, unless they spy on you or something :shock:

My favorite fictional character is Arthur Dent from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. He' is plucked from his safe little humdrum world and is cast into a zany world where nothing makes much sense, and yet he takes it all in stride and quickly gives up on understanding anything. He accepts the lunacy around him and because of that he finds himself much happier. And then he gets himself some tea. If you were asked by Jagex to be a player mod, would you accept? I would :thumbsup:
