I went out today to see a friend, and we went into a music store, I couldn't make up my mind, being now jobless and in college, money is disappearing fast, so I had to limit myself to only one cd.. :( anyway, I brought. Enter Shikari - Take To The Skies : and I'm loving it. It's something about the electronic music that does it for me, makes it that little more different to most other screamo bands.

I'd suggest the sensible, calm option of seeing friends, forgetting about everything whilst you can, having a good laugh and enjoy your day. or my way, MAYHEM@@@ playing music loud, being aggressive towards family members, slamming doors. which consequently doesn't work.. first I'll ask, what do you normally do to chillax? and does it work?
