Dude, I doubt you have played runescape in a while 'cos that lure is pathetic, the most common lure is to sell somebody something on the edge of the wilde and they buyer logs out, 10k "randomly" appears on the ground, and the person runs in to get it whilst somebody waits there with iec barrage/dds or another combination.
