  1. The blinking thing, if you were to go to world 2 or another busy world, in the afternoon, in a varrock bank, do you REALIZE how often the public chat would start blinking? Do you also realize the amount of memory this would take up??? I like the basic tabbing system, but any more and it would turn into a total nightmare.... Amen
  2. I'm kinda confused on what a few of the pics are supposed to be. FIrst of all, the second one from the left on the actual tabs, what is it? Second of all, why is there a frog mask AND a santa hat? Again, why is there goblin armor? Why are farming and seeds seperated? Most people would keep them in one category. Fletching probably shouldn't be an icon by itself. Probably with ranging and/or woodcutting. Also, members will probably tend to use the multi-icons, so maybe including something like a mining, smithing, crafting, and maging icon (I know it's hard) would help. I noticed that mining is seperate from smithing, that should probably be remedied :D
  3. Do you ralize the amount of memory that would take up?
  4. I really enjoyed your improvement to the charity hall, and i liked you pointing out the knowledge base \ However, how would the charity hall really work?
  5. Please, please use a spell-checker!
  6. Don't worry, Chanukah continues until Friday, so if you can make at least one, that'll be good! Note: STILL NEED GIFT IDEA!
  7. What shop price would be used, specialty stores or general stores? There's a pretty big difference. And using street price for things like whips (if anyone actually donated one) would keep the game out of whack. The whip would cease to be a status symbol and the price would continually fluctuate. Specialty would make the most sense I think, as people could have gotten the equivilant amount of money from high-alching. I don't really think that using the street price for items with high-street value but low shop value would really cause many problems, due to the scarcity of which they would be donated. I can't see how their position in the charity hall would affect anything else economically. What if someone decided to put a phat in? They sell for like 2gp, and alching is 1gp, so any odd noob could suddenly have a phat!
  8. Unfortunately, due to events outside of my control, I won't be able to have the party today, December 15, 16, or 17. I will shoot for Monday, December 18, but I can't guarntee anything. Sorry :(
  9. That's a good point, but the fact is, if you have a leader with a good clan name, but the leader is very bad (takes items, demands taxes, etc.) and you don't want to leave with sizable portion of the clan and make a new one, a mutiny option is perfect.

  11. Thought I'd post in here again *cracks knuckles* All right, first of all the idea that you pay 10k per week is appealing, and eliminates some of the annoyance that will occur for anyone that goes on vacation. Few people are without an internet connection for a month these days. I agree with the mutiny idea, as this is easier than have all these players start a new guild. If they like the name but not the leader, they should be able to mutiny and kick the leader out of the guild. The leader would lose ownership and would not get any money back that was invested in the guild. While I'm attracted to the Clan Guild Hall idea, it's far too complex, and what would be available in it? Edit: Maybe this could work like houses with Construction, and you would be able to buy things like shops, stalls and monsters within the Guild Hall. Just a thought. A clan based quest is a very good idea, but how would it work? It shouldn't be like Shield of Arrav and Heros Quest. And it should be more interesting then buying items. Maybe working at things like the Blast Furnace? Also, the guild ranks should be simple, and the current ranks (Leader, Co-leader, Officer, Member, Peon) aren't all that complex, as compared to adding officer ranks. RuneScape isn't the military.
  12. I find it kinda funny that people keep complaining that Jagex doesn't notice/isn't doing it. Chances are, they have noticed it, but are either a) not telling us while working on it; or B) not working on this, but something else. I also have a possible remedy for the Charity Hall. Perhaps accounts that are at least 1 month old have acsess to the Charity Hall? This would keep players from being able to make multiple accounts for the Hall. It would turn away most people. Also, maybe the account has to be online for at least a week? Tell me what you think.
  13. When I said 'lvl's' I meant officer, leader, etc.
  14. While in clan chat, there should be some way to tell what lvl the ppl ure talking to are, whether it's displayed or colored.
  15. I've been holding in my opinion on Hunting, so now to let it all out. In my opinion, Hunting was a rushed skill. In fact, it probably shouldn't have been a stand alone skill. It feels much more like playing a mini game (except for bird snaring). To me, it seems Jagex wanted to get something out there as fast as they could, and the fact that it wasn't a money-sucker like some players feared it to be was good. Overall, however, the skill lacked the finesse or excitement of other skills. You can only hunt so many kebbits before it becomes so repetitive. Jagex definetly needs to tie this skill in to other skills. The 70+ cap isn't such a big deal, as this is a relatively new skill. Obviously, as players level and the highscores increase there will be new updates, perhaps a better, longer quest (Maybe even Construction as well, that never got a quest). All in all, there is much left to be improved upon.
  16. You spelled it right, yes there is a party, I don't think candles are a good present :D
  17. I like being the minority \ \ =D> =D>
  18. I don't think the third saw mill should be near Tree Gnome Stronghold, it should probably be near Yanille.
  19. I didn't mean you die, I just thought I'd be funny to go to an f2p world and use the emote. You'd be engulfed in flame, walking around, yelling things as noobs run in different directions.
  20. With everyone having Christmas parties and New Years parties, I thought I'd go ahead and have a Chanukah party! World 89, my house in Rimmington. First day is on Friday 15 at 7:00 ET (US Eastern Coast). There'll be games, prizes, and presents! I'll post if anything changes. Hope to see you there! \ Edit: I've been thinking and can't think of anything to give as a gift. Suggestions would be appreciated!
  21. For trading, this wouldn't work too well, as people would forget to change it after they got what they wanted. I had another idea, but I lost it, I'll post if i remember
  22. Maybe you could spontaneously combust? Lol
  23. Um...you need to do those quests to get to Elves and Fairies...
  24. I don't think this should be all about killing barbarians. Especially if you want to make it a quest. Second, 800 total barbarians? What about food? Are they agressive or passive? Stats? Also, maybe you have to use construction to like build a catapult to pound groups of barbarians. Other than that, a good idea, 5/10
