  1. I would like to thank those who attended this event. It was fun watching the event grow as it went on. We stormed Falidor by force with an epic bar crawl, and in the end we turned the magical ice world into a giant swimming pool (screen shot to show up soon) Keep an eye open this week for another events posting. Thanks for coming, Honest1
  2. Will update a bit late. great new input guys!
  3. See I thought about maybe adding ship fixing to agility for combat situations, and it's still not a bad idea, would be similar to eating food in combat. I'll have to look into this more.
  4. First page updated.
  5. I value your feedback, but we're working as a group effort, and if the people wanna talk about sailing then that's what we talk about. Perhaps i'll make a sequal to this thread after this one is done, and we can explore that possibility. In other news, First page is being updated now.
  6. It's just people having fun, and that's the point. I'll be updating the first post a bit later.
  7. Great ideas so far. I'll wait on a few more posts to the thread before I start to update the main post.
  8. In my views I would rather see rants be left alone. Trolls are a pain in the rear, and it would be best to let the trolls have that forum, then to let them ravage through the rest of the forums.
  9. Now that we have our skill we need to come up with information on this skills. Things needed. Things you can do in the skill What level things can be done in the skill supplies needed for the skill Summery of the skill Be creative as possible.
  10. Sailing it is!
  11. This post is by no mean's about trying to petition for a new skill, but instead for the entertainment. I think it would be fun to see what kind of skill we would have in Runescape if Jagex was to drop in on us, and say "this is the discussion thread, GO!" How this works The skill we will be working on is Sailing. I will be updating this first post every day with all the new information on the skills as we obtain it. Please read everybody's reply and make constructive comments, and lets give this new skill some depth. Remember this is totally for fun, and so lets keep it that way. And GO! The skill has been updated, but obviously we'll need to fill in some areas. ............................................................................. Sailing By: The tip.it community The new skill of sailing is perhaps the most diverse skill of all. This new skill is a p2p only skill that uses many of the other skills to use this one. Are you able to handle the waters? New dangers lie ahead: PvP- All waters have been designated pvp zones. This new PVP system comes with a whole new scoreing system. Choose your path. Safe Zones: All major ports are considered safe zones. A player can enter your ship by being in your clan chat. In order to keep your ship from drifting away be sure to create an anchor for your ship using the smithing skill. Pirate- Become a Pirate by initiating combat with other ships out on the sea. For each person you kill you'll gain a rank in piracy. As a pirate bounty is plentiful, but danger is higher. Hero- Help out ships that are being pillaged by Pirates, and defeat the Pirate to earn a hero's rank. Pirates will be flagged to spot easier. Bounty won't be as high, however risk is less. Use new types of cannon balls in order to fire upon other ships, and board them. Hire a crew to help protect you and your ship, all bounty found during the experiance will be split up through the loot share system with the ships owner getting a larger cut. Build your own ship by use of new Ship planks which can be gotten off new trees found near all the ports. Ships for combat or travel. Combat Ships are more heavily armored, but move slower. This is a little story I threw together on my free time. Enjoy! One cold December day I sat at home by my fire trying to keep warm. I buried myself in my favorite book, and kept some soft music playing in the background. It was by far as close to perfect as possible. In fact it seemed that things where just a bit to perfect. I continued to read my book, and I started to hear the sounds of scratching at the door, oh well must be the wind. I look out my window, and there is no wind, everything outside is calm, but the scratching continues. I place the book down on the arm rest of my chair, and slowly approach the door. As I walk towards the door I start to hear the sound of the floor creak, and notice that my legs are starting to shake rather violently. Sure I wanted to believe that everything was fine, but I'd watched one to many scary movies. If any of my movie experience was correct I was making a major mistake going for that door. "screw it" I told myself "you only live once" I reached for the handle and opened the door, and much to my curiosity there in front of me stood a snowman. His twig arms where outstretched scratching at the door clearly it wanted to go in, still I thought curiously as I looked down at the snowman. It's beady face smiling up at me sporting a cool red scarf, and a cap of the local baseball team. "I wonder why this snowman is scratching at my door" It was freezing outside, but surely a snowman must be use to the cold. I decided all the same to invite the snowman inside for a meal to warm up. The snowman stepped into the house wiping it's butt on the doormat to keep from tracking dirt into the house, like it would matter it had water dripping all over my floors anyhow. It sat down, and I fed it a bowl of soup. I was convinced that it was fine. That's when it happened. As it took the last bite of soup it completely melted away revealing a child that couldn't be much older then 6. This is when I learned two things. First off Snowmen ate children and second off that soup was the perfect weapon against them, but nobody will believe me, and this means I'm on my own. The secret is out, and I will defeat them. To be continued..

Been playing Tabula Lately. One of the better Futuristic games i've ever played. I still prefer anarchy online though, but those games are two different types of games though both packaged the same they offer much different paces and playing styles.
  19. I'm going to laugh if you get yourself to 20 or more mining , and then when you exit the boat into Lumbridge you find that the stat is lvl 3 again, and all the crap you made is gone (and it could happen. I tried to get away with a bunch of arrows once, and found out on lumbridge they where all taken.)
  20. Nope. He's at karamja island docks, and you're seeing the water :) easy mistake.
  21. i'd go cut willows near draynor village. it's fast woodcutting, and therefore fast xp.
  22. Clockwork cats are tradable, however they don't sell for much, in fact many players give them away for free. You can find more about clockwork items at the following link http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=crafting_guide.htm Hope that was helpful :)
