  1. Clockwork cats are tradable, however they don't sell for much, in fact many players give them away for free. You can find more about clockwork items at the following link http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=crafting_guide.htm Hope that was helpful :)
  2. This new system has potential as I feel it would do away with a lot of outside scams, however I can also see it being potentially annoying for those 99 skill characters who are doing things like mining , fishing, etc. The reason I view this could be annoying is becouse they could be spammed with assist requests. Now I know what you're thinking "You can turn off assist requests" while this is true the only true way to not be bugged about it is to turn off your chat, but then you have all kinds of people falsely reporting you for autoing, and with the Runescape costumer support system the way it is even the innocent get banned for no good reason.
  3. You say that everything is stole from WoW , but WoW actually took ideas from many other games. Just becouse WoW is the most popular game right now doesn't mean they stole everything. Let me give you a few examples Everquest a much older game then Runescape or WoW had a option on it where you could set up your character overnight as a shop, and then you could use a chat interface to find out whats being sold, and where the person selling this item is located. Not much unlike the auction house, and there are games out there with an auction house itself. WoW took the ideas from them they where not original. All you people shouting "WOW Came up with the idea you stole from WOW" Need to stop being noobs and do their damn research before they go claiming theft. chat and clan chat. I play a game called anarchy online, and it's been around since 2001. Anarchy online has always had integrated clan chat and clan support. So you're saying that the WoW creators went back in time, and invented this idea, and it was stolen from them 4 years before their game came out? Really now? honestly? Grow up. You say Runescape stole everything from WoW, but lets face it WoW has not been around near as long as Runescape, or a lot of these much older and more reputable games. So don't post something on the forums unless you can back your stupid claims up. Further more you spelled didn't wrong. You can use a spell checker I promise you won't be stealing it from WoW Thanks, Honest1 I second what you have just said, but, is noobs all you can come up with. I mean you have a large list. These are examples:moron, idiot, stupid. common. be more original! There aint one original word in your list, why would we listen to you? Your just as idiotic, stupid and being a moron just like all those WoW fans. If your a WoW fan your on the wrong forum, sorry to say this but this is a RuneScape forum... Btw, its not WoW they are stealing from if they would do it, its Blizzard Entertainment... I'm not a blizzard fan, but I get tired of people making idiotic statements based without fact. you're just looking for somebody to insult.

  5. Well, they did kinda steal the grand exchange from WoW's auction house, and isn't there something in WoW that lets others assist/change your items? Yes, because the idea of game-wide item listings was INVENTED by World of Warcraft. In fact, every single idea ever to exist in an MMORPG was invented by WoW. Those Jagex thieves. I hope you where being sarcastic. WoW came later on in the period of MMORPGs, and Auction houses are found in most every game, however that wont stop people from standing there trying to sell things either. All the same great update.
  6. Hey I would love to know where some of the errors were so I can correct thos problems in the future. If you could PM them to me I would appricate that. This is just a suggestion, but why not hire people to read over the final edition; run it thru a spell-checker and manually check for grammar mistakes before it is released to the public. I would suggest 2 or more grammar/spelling check people, as one might accidently skip over a mistake that the other one(s) might correct. We have editors. I don't know what happened.
  7. I'll take that cloud sig. I've needed a new one, and I love FF.
  8. This was a great edition, and don't forget you can now read the GT on http://www.honest1productions.com/gielinor_tribune for the latest issues of this popular paper. (will update with 11 later asap)
  9. Well if somebody else can make paint work that's fine, but i've never had good luck with it myself.
  10. Hey there guys. I've been doing a lot of work lately for the Honest1 production's domain, and i've found myself short a few avatars on the public forums. I would appreciate it if somebody would be willing to help build these. The avatars I need are H1P Leader H1p Member Administrator Moderator I am not to particular about the design as long as they aren't made in paint, and I really like darker colors. Thanks, Honest1

  13. That's fine I don't know what I did to offend you, but i'm sorry.
  14. they already said it. the Buyable capes don't get a lot of respect. I get a ton of positive feedback for my fishing cape, and in comparison I was like 790th person in runescape to ever get 99 fishing.
  15. you're basically still on general they left a shadow for you.
  16. actually the server host we have is a pal of mine, and he had that domain name set up already. I can't afford to host a new server yet so we have a redirect which we use which is http://www.honest1productions.co.nr. So please do ignore that :P
  17. Be aware it's hard for a new player to start nowadays. Many players are selfish, and will try and make you feel like you are unimportant. If you can brave the insults then welcome to the game, but if you don't wanna be treated like crap I suggest looking elsewhere. Don't say I didn't warn ya. Honest1 (I calls em like I sees em)
  18. Who wants to spend 2 weeks at my house!! I like to party and drink Woo!! Only kidding though :P I won't say the obvious it has been said way to many times here, and so I'm going to try and instead point out what I believe to be both sides of the argument. First off I blame Runescape in a sense, They have all these rules and terms, and one of them states that you must be 13 to play the game, and in this case it is all dandy this person is 13 (by dandy I mean age), however Runescape has no way of knowing a persons age on the game, and they have the ability to lie about their age in order to get around the parental blocks. I'm thinking Runescape needs to raise the age limit without parental permission to play the game to the age of 16, and there should be an age verification process. I know these steps would be a pain in the [wagon] when creating a new account, however it would help protect the children out there. Furthermore If they enforced an identification system then all those pesky autoers out there would have a harder time creating new auto accounts as they would have to prove their identity every time, and thus tying the accounts to their names. Other then that it comes down to where I can also blame the parents. The Parents need to keep a controlled eye on their minors, and see what kinda activities they are up to. It is rather easy to see when a kid doesn't want to be interrupted, or have their parents looking over their shoulder. As a parent I would advise learning the lingo to online chat so that when a kid tries to type something like "Pos" you'll know something is up, and figure out what is going on. I think this might reduce intimate chat online, because as a younger kid you are more influence-able, and you don't know what love really is. You might think that you have this perfect person for you online, however there are signs, and when you are younger you can't see them, and you could be walking right into a victims trap. I think all and all the penalty system in this will work out just fine, because the parent has to live with this mistake for the rest of their life, and can learn to better educate, and keep an eye on their kid, and it'll help other parents out there to learn to watch their kids with a close eye.
  19. Thanks everybody. Nice to see all the nice things people had to say. It's been fun, but its kinda lost its flare, and I hope that for all of you the fun can live on.
  20. This post won't get locked, but thanks for the concern.
  21. Just a note for mods. I have gotten admin approval to make this post. thanks, Honest1 It won't come as a big shock to all of you, or any of you for that matter, but the meaning of this post is for more then information. I have had an opportunity within the tip.it community to meet a lot of great new friends, and work with a lot of dedicated individuals. I remember joining tip.it back when the url was http://www.scapeboard.com. I started off just playing the game. I had no real goals, but I wanted to play. My real life in runescape though really got started when I decided that I wanted 99 fishing, and it was a very long bumpy road. It started out with me and a few friends. I was fishing, and I had them to encourage me, and before long the tip.it community got involved in my goal, and I started to really get into it. I originally had made a goal that I would never leave karamja until the day I had reached 99 fishing, but that flopped the day Runescape 2 launched publicly. It was a fun road though hanging out with people like zargo, spooferfish, pyderz not to mention my many many other friends on tip.it, but my entire road wasn't fishing. Around the same time I really started getting into hosting events. I launched the original Honest1 Productions which was like me and four other people, and we ran little forum events. I remember the most was my create a monster event which was a real success. As my events career continued down its road RPHC was still a events team at large run by ZidaneCT, and he posted applications for the job. At this time RPHC had its own private usergroup on tip.it, and was a well respected team. I applied for RPHC, and I was accepted. I swear not even a week after my acceptance Tip.it lost the scapeboard database, and I waited, and waited, and then waited a little more, and forum.tip.it was born. I immediately asked about RPHC, and was told that Nathaninch wanted to talk to me about becoming a member of TET. TET where the greatest years I've ever served, and I have a lot of great memories from that team. Eventually I become the leader of that team, and helped implement some great changes, but Nathaninch came back from his vacation, and I decided to let him have his post back. I served with him as a vice leader for a while, and then I eventually had to take off to job corps. Well naturally being gone from forums I had decided to leave TET. After my return from Job Corps I restarted Honest1 Productions, and this time it was a success. It had many members, and a team that can still stand proud today. I was proud of that bunch, and am happy to see them strive even today in the duties they do today. Many of them came over to join TET during the merger between the teams, and I got to once again experience leadership. One of my new major accomplishments had been TETau. I ran the teams for a while, but real life got hectic. When I started playing runescape I was 14-15 , but I've gotten a lot older since then, and as my job and life became more hectic I gave it up to people I knew better suited with more time. I look at TET and TETAU now, and I have no regrets, and I am very happy with the people running it. I hope that you all run the program the way you have, and continue to make tip.it a fun place. Well with TET gone from my life, and the hectics of my schedule I have dropped members, and I have logged out of my account with no plans of coming back. I want to thank Tip.it as a community for giving me a great 6 years to really remember. Those of you who where my friends, or even those of you who supported me I wish you luck, and its been a pleasure knowing all of you. I will still be popping onto IRC from time to time, but my runescape life has come to its end, and its like any aspect of a great story at one point it all has to end. I'll give credit to a few friends, but I know damn well I'm going to miss people, and I apologize for that as there's just to many of you to list. The people I'm listing now are just long term friends. Spooferfish: Damn dude its been an adventure. You've had your crazy moments, and I've had mine. From lvl 40 fishing to now through all my events, and all my crazy goals and schemes you've believed in me and encouraged me. Remember the penguin army, and remember the days at the docks :) The sith: You've helped me a lot on tip.it. I remember when I first got exposed to leading an events team I had my own doubts in myself that I had to learn to overcome, and I am glad you helped me find myself. Thanks bud. Alderon: We've had our ups and downs, and you've put up with a lot of my bantering, but you've been a pretty good guy, and I wish you luck with all your future endeavors. One of my favorite phrases is from the movie star trek, and I repeat it now "Live long and prosper" ZidaneCT: You're crazy, and you'll always be crazy, but your craze has always brought some great times to tip.it, and I know that there is no barrier you can't cross. Sheynara: You've got some work ahead of you, but with your workaholic attitude and your stubbornness I know you'll accomplish everything. I can't think of a better person to be running TET. Keep up the great work. Tip.it Community: I damn well know I missed probably 200 names, but I would rather not type a post that'll take you all 2 days to read. It gets boring. I know though that if TIF continues to be strong, and encourage each other that a strong friendship will be formed. Keep enjoying the TET events it is a great way to make friends, and stay out of trouble. I wish you all luck. Goodbye and good luck :) -Honest1
  22. not a very good sword. looks cool though.
  23. HYT everybody! Today I am here to announce the rise of 3 new TET Leaders. The leaders are Saskiasnow of TET Laikrob of TET Sheynara of TETau They have all been working hard, and it was decided that they would be best for the job. You might be asking what happened with the old leaders. Everybody has matters they must take care of, and to allow TET and TETau to have the best they can get ZidaneCT and Arcticrunite have both decided to step down. I hope you all thank them for their hard work in leading TET as they truly did a wonderful job.
