people use the helm for alot of things i guess,and maybe lower drop rate,i mean you not get them as often as the body.

get defence to 70 and buy a guthans body or torags body.

make the pouch,but you can find out that yourself to.

but it gives +4 str and doesnt look nooby(<- thats why i wouldnt wear granite)

the guy in canafis untill 10th ,do your 10th task while using duradel,same for 20th,30th etc till you got enough points. i would advice to just use him all the way,but thats my opinion.
