Might be going to a corn maze today. I think it closes at 6 though, so perhaps not since it's a half hour away from here.

I probably won't be on for a while, if anyone can find my stuff (it's in the mine below my house, the mine entrance is in front of it) they're welcome to anything in my chests. That is if it hasn't all been taken already. I'd just request that if you do, don't take it just for the sake of having it. And don't take all of the diamond, share it with the other people on the server.

Someone want to explain all this new stuff on the server to me? This is the first server I've ever been on and I've only played vanilla minecraft.

I did some kinda half assed pixeling today, I'm pretty happy with what I got out of it, I think it's better than my old stuff and I haven't done it in over a year. 2x I was just [bleep]ing around and I got the head and it made me think of Aang but less of a [kitty], so I just kinda went from there. I can't draw bodies for shit, but I have an idea what I want to do with it so we'll see if I make anything out of it. Oh and it's by no means a completed project. I've literally finished one pixel in the like 2 years of doing it and hated it.

Nah, I usually have one or two a week. More like one actually. Not that they're usually big papers, just like 4-6 pages.

As someone who didn't take notes for pretty much every class, I would have been [bleep]ed if our notes had been graded like that. The only things we had like that were in some of my math classes we would have "notebook checks" where you turned in your notebook and were graded on having everything you were supposed to have and keeping it in the order the teacher wanted you to. Which was bullshit, I never got above like a 20% on them and if I remember correctly they were worth as much as a test. So even though I got good grades on the tests, not having my shit the way the teacher wanted it meant I got a poor grade. I'm not going to go off on a tangent like I normally would as I have a paper I need to write, but I think that a lot of the way education is done on the high school level (and probably younger, I just don't remember) needs an overhaul. That was one of the reasons I used to want to become a teacher, so I could look into experimental education. Of course I now realize that that isn't something you can just do because you want to, not following the prescribed teaching methods can easily get you fired if you're a new teacher. But yeah, to make it short, I think the entire focus of education is off and instead of trying to inflate scores we need to focus on actually educating students.

Work camp? Define work camp please because right now I'm visualizing Auschwitz. Although, I feel like I'm in the same boat. I don't have a lot of drama in my life, and I always write my papers at the last minute too. (Who doesn't? Let's be honest here.) No clue. Probably not Auschwitz, not that I care. He's a dick. Insensitive much? Sounds almost exactly what I'd say. Yep. I felt bad for the guy for quite some time, but honestly with all the things he has done I'd prefer that he stay far away for good. It's better for him too anyways. I don't wish bad things on him or anything, but I'm content with him not being allowed home. Although I think he's being allowed to visit sometime soon. And right now I'm attempting to write a paper that's due at 12:30. It's [bleep]ing impossible too, there's no way I can write it. I'm really tempted to just not do it, I can take the hit to my grade. Or I'll do an extremely half assed job and get like a 50. My professor has some of the shittiest grammar of all time though, so as long as I get a decent amount written I'll probably get a good grade since he can hardly construct a sentence. I like the guy a lot though and English isn't his first language so it's understandable.

I put up an application. I probably won't play much or possibly even at all. My computer can barely handle Minecraft, and I'm always been a pretty solitary person. I might stop by and mine up some resources for you guys though if you'd like and my laptop doesn't catch fire in the process.

Sometimes I feel like I'm one of the only ones who leads a pretty drama free life. I guess there was a bit more drama prior to (and shortly after) my girlfriends ex being committed to a mental hospital, work camp, and then being sent to a "therapeutic boarding school". Honestly, the extent of the drama in my life these days is me waiting until the last minute to write papers for my classes (right now) and me trying to control my smoking habits.

@Sam: I could grow it out, but I'm not sure how it'd look since I can't really grow the mustache part. I'm probably going to trim everything up tomorrow though. Or maybe just go back to the mutton chops. @Shiny: I hear that pretty frequently. My girlfriend actually said I looked like him in that picture when she took it. I'm not going to complain though, Kurt was a pretty attractive guy in his own grungy way. Plus, it's always fun to have a celebrity that you look similar to. For example, my girlfriend (supposedly) looks like Zooey Deschanel.

The average on our Calc exam was a 56, and I got a 68. It's not being curved either, which is bullshit because the [bleep]ing director worded every question completely differently than we (I) had ever seen before. However I should have done much better, probably around an 80, except the I was so flustered by the first 7 pages of the exam, I completely forgot how the [bleep] I was supposed to do limits on the final page. Pretty much all I needed to do was factor too. However because everyone did so shitty on the exam, it's being averaged with the final to help boost peoples grades. Which is nice, but that means the final is worth even more than it already was, since it's included in the first exam as well as being by itself as the final. Also, [bleep] precalc. I got a 69% in that class and I'm usually decent at math.

When I click on a thread that I frequent (For example, the Today thread) that has new posts and read them all, then hit the back button which brings me back to OT, but since I used the back button, it shows that there are new posts on the thread still and I automatically click on it again without realizing that it was what I was just looking at. Upon getting there I realize what I have done, however that doesn't stop me from doing it a few times in a row every once in a while.

[bleep] biology man, making me want another cigarette. I wish I knew how to study, it would make this shit so much easier on me. Technically I can have one and not be breaking from my self imposed rule of one a day, since it is after midnight. However I did have one yesterday (aka a few hours ago) and I was trying not to smoke on weekends, but I didn't have one on Friday, so I figured it would be ok. I just have to make my pack last until November first, which means that I'm perfectly on track if I stick to one a day only on weekdays. Next time I'm not buying Turkish Royals though, totally not worth $9 a pack. I don't know, maybe I just won't buy another pack. I only made it like 2 weeks after saying that last time though, even though I have cut way back. The disclaimer to this post is that smoking is [bleep]ing stupid and if you don't smoke now, don't start. It kills people.

Awh, I miss "[cabbage]". Honestly I don't mind the censor at all, it's not like you can't tell what is being said anyways. But yes. Shit indeed. Edit: Don't bother with the whole alcohol thing. If he doesn't like it he doesn't like it, and nothing you do will change that.

Biology exam at 8. I started studying about an hour ago. So I'm either not going to sleep or hope I can figure shit out as I go on the test.

I know you all have missed my face. Unfortunately my mutton chops aren't really mutton chops anymore.

To be fair, I didn't say I was leaving, just that I was probably going to post a lot less. I just didn't take into account that a lot of college is sitting around doing nothing. Also, thanks to the lovely Tripsis for fixing my TIF. And congratulations Tim.

Buzzed on Monday night. [bleep] yeah. My tolerance has completely disappeared and I love it. However I still didn't write the paper that was due last Thursday or finish reading the play I was supposed to. Oh well. Edit: I'm a lot more sober now. I miss drinking, I need to start again.

Wait, they have trains going from San Fran to LA? :unsure: My dad had to take a bus once. Today I e-mailed my career representative I've had in college to help me get a job again. This Macy's job is quite terrible: they're not giving me shifts (two 4-hour shifts in two weeks) and it's not using the things I've went to school for. At least I don't need a job so terribly like some people. I thank God for that. Bus from SF -> Santa Barbara, then train from there -> Anaheim, getting picked up there. EDIT: Got a random call and picked it up, some girl from Best Buy about the application I submitted. I did a phone interview and then she scheduled me for a 2nd, in-person job interview this Thursday! Congrats, I wanted to work at best buy for a while. One of my friends did and said that it was a pretty good job, so hopefully you get it and enjoy it. I'm thinking I'm going to go back to work on weekends. It might put a bit of strain on me trying to do all my school work and work, but I need to make money again. I applied for a different job, but they said I'd hear back in 30 days if I was getting a job and it's been almost 30 I think. I'm going to look for some higher paying jobs that I could work, but not many places will hire someone just for weekends that aren't minimum wage, and even then I'm not sure any of them would. Maybe I'll talk to one of my friends who makes a decent amount of money off the stock market and see if he'll help me out. I don't know, I'll figure something out. All I know is I need a positive flow of money.
