I think 60+ Woodcutting is a better requirement because it's the highest level tree F2P can cut.

Why not just cut yews or magics?

What would be the point in these trees? What level to cut them? Why have black (g) axes? What would they do to fletching? Where could they be found? What firemaking level do you need to burn them and how much xp to they give?
