With the recent new graphich updates, everything has been moved and shifted around. This also applies to the mining areas. What I want to know if it is still possible to power mine in F2P, this means 3 rocks in a triangle formation. I need to know this as it is vital for training mining in F2P.

One smelted steel bar gives 17.5 exp. You can do 9 per load. And 9*17.5 = 157.5 exp. Your calculation is totally wrong. Let us look at the grand exchange: Coal - 193 gp Iron Ore - 97 gp Steel Bar - 633 gp So 633 - 2*193 - 97 = 150 gp profit per bar. I think you can do around 400 bars (not sure on this) per hour so 60k gp/hour. And 400*17.5 = 7k exp per hour. Wow. Simply wow. Can't believe I got that so wrong. :oops:

In time, yes. JAGeX have only realised to members at the moment as for one they do deserve it, see for they pay, and two so they can work out all the bugs. No point in giving the whole thing to everyone when it is glitching.

I would definitely recommend doing steel bars. They give about 1k experience per load (from what I hear) and are also decent profit.

Aren't dwarven stouts members only? And anyway, would it not just be easier to get 60 mining then go and use a dwarven stout every time?

From what I have read I would say yes, every time your membership runs out you get the two weeks to get it back before you are charged the new prices.

May I ask why you need the money? As with your stats it will take two weeks to a month to make that amount of money. With your stats the best suggestion would be mining. As mining is one of my weakest stats I cannot help you there, but I would say that iron would be a worth contender.

Go with the combat robes with you have the time/money to get them. I have them on my F2P magic pure and I can easily see a difference. You will not regret owning them.
