Yes, use the Falador East Bank for dropping of your ores. Once you are members like you plan on getting you can use the shortcut to the West Bank. And a tip for mining to 50, use the Rimmington mine and look for the most Western rocks, they should look like this: X-- -X-X Use these rocks and then drop your ores or sell to the General Store. Just mine gold, I had 40 mining when I started, and i got 10 levels there, and I was against level 70+ miners. Dont worry you will do fine. No offence Chuz or anything, but level 40 mining is not adequate for Gold mining. I often see people there with level 40 Mining and I always beat them to get the ore. 50 Mining is crucial at the Crafting Guild.

I think the current price of gold is about 517 Gold Pieces. But onto your original questions... 1. What level should I start mining gold. About 50. Any sooner and you will lose ores to competition. 2. Is the crafting guild a reliable gold source? Yes, the crafting guild is reliable. 3. Should I bring runes for Falador teleport? Only if you really want to and are willing lose a bit of potential money from each run. It is not necessary however and it is surprising quick walking/running from the Crafting Guild to a bank.

I used Tiaras to get my 40 Crafting. Very efficient way of doing it.

When I was busy getting 40 Crafting, I made the highest thing I could with Leather, then moved onto Tiara's when I could do them. You could easily get 40 Crafting in an hour this way, but it is a tad pricey :ohnoes:

This is probably the fastest way. It does not matter where you are Fishing the Trout and Salmon, just drop them and continue fishing. No banking in shilo is definitely faster. Sorry, I would not know this as I am Non-Members. :-#

The average person does not have 55 Magic, the average person has about 40 Magic, which would do next to nothing on Elvarg. Was this before or after the update? From what I heard (I could be wrong) it is impossible to kill it. But yes, you should be able to kill Elvarg at your level. Just bring lots of Swordfish since your defence is rather low.

40 Defence really helps, but the Rune is not necessary. And yes, you should be able to do it. Dragon Slayer is an incredibly easy quest. You will not need an potions to assist you, although you can bring them, and anything above Lobsters will do fine food wise. If you are really concerned then bring a Varrock or Lumbridge Teleport. When you are there don't forgot to go though and back in using the Secret Door.
