If you are willing to give them time the Flesh Crawler drops will add up to quite a bit as well as the Random Even prizes. The best I have got myself is about 50k from diamonds, but I have heard of some kid getting about 100k from them. If you are about level 75+ then you could try the Cockroach warriors.

I would hardly call RuneScape violent, and there are next to no traces of mature content in it.

Lumbridge definetly. I got 65-70 there myself reasonably fast, and I was cooking all my fish too. There is a general store close by as well, so if you are like me and hate dropping your fish you can sell them ;)

You have completely misunderstood the concept of it. From what I have heard is that you sell an item for its true value, what it may be. It does not work by you selling your junk to other traders who willing but it...
