I used gimp >.< and it is more work than you think it is Ah, not it really isn't. I've made some in PDN. All you have to do is cut them out, make them into a frame, stitch into an image, hey presto. All takes 10 minutes. Tops. And that is on a bad day. And for the spire tag: It's a mess really...Way to big, flow is kinda...I'll get back to that...effects, aren't there apart from some random white thing in the background. Honestly, if you are dead serious with all of this, contact a health professional and a local gym for advice. They would be far better then people that think they have a clue about what they are talking about.
