It's blurry because of a filter or something else done by a program. The whole thing is grainy. Plus it needs to be saved as a JPEG (which doesn't help) if you actually want to use it (135 KB, 100 KB Limit).

Tried, but it looked :x I'll try smudge him away instead. Yeah, I need to erase some of the green over the focal.

Now that is just scary you know that much about a little dragon in peoples sigs. SCARY. I was think that too :shock: Then I looked at his sig, especially the green writing :P

You're only allowed to have one of those things in your signature, so what does it matter? I don't see many people with those weird things in their sigs, IMO they're childish, but W/E.

The weird shadow thing was part of the stock. I tried to remove him but I failed. I'll take your advice and try that.

Not meaning to sound like a party pooper, but you guys are getting Off Topic. This is the guys first signature, he came to get advice on what to do, not have people laugh at stuff not related to it at all. He wants advice to get better, and this isn't helping at all... On Topic: For a first start, that is quite good. The render looks a bit washed up, and out of place, as it doesn't go with the background. I like what you have done with the text, it looks really good, and the white box under it looks good. The right side is quite distracting with the big white bit there, and it distracts you eyes. This is where you focal point is, and that is not good. You want your focal point to be you're render, in this case. The background is quite weird, but it is a good start. If you want to continue making signatures, then don't stop looking at tutorials. deviantARt and GIMPTalk are both good places for tutorials.
