Honestly, why do you want to get your nose pierced? It looks unattractive, and frankly, disgusting. If you're parents won't let you then you have to abide that, and do what they say, or at least until you leave home. If you do get your nose pierced, then your parents won't trust you ever again, and I can assure you, that they will come down harder on you.

If you like her that much, you should be happy to be friends with her. Just because you aren't going out doesn't mean it is over. Could be, that she made up he rmind, but chances are it wasn't. And don't think like that (That you are ugly, w/e). That is the worst thing to do. You are over reacting. Her reason was that she doesn't want a boy friend, not because she doesn't think you are attractive. Who knows, if you become really good friends, then she might change her mind, and all could work out for the best.
