flyfishing gets a fish every 2-5 secs, monks (until lvl 80+fishing) is about 1 every 10-20secs Basically it is down to amount of salmon caught, and how many feathers you have ready.

Mine iron in rimmington mines in a busy world, and get some nubs to iron run for you, if you get enough you dont need to drop the ore coz they are back quick enough to trade u em wen u get full packs no money but quickest way by far

brimhaven agility arena 100 tickets gets u a lot of xp, took me 1hr from 50 - 56 agility, though i woz lucky and used spotty cape and boots of lightness and penance gloves (they help A LOT)

How do you always win on CWs? Personally i take full blue d-hide and iban staff with 50 deaths 250 fires I wait in the middle then mage em (25s are common) Other way i do this is in tunnels, i use snare then iban blast or air wave. Trashes those gd old rune full meleers with no fallback position

the maze by far, i usually complete with 70-80%, and get tonnes of runes and arrows (and other stuff) which usually sells quite well genies come close, i would never have got all lvls to (roughly) 50 otherwise :)

massive drop party. Everyone drops something useless. I see some nature runes on the ground so tele grabbed em. Only used up 2.8k of em so far, 200 to go

stand at your bank for ages (bank screen up) after 15mins take it off then wait 5 secs then do the same every 5mins from then on. Seriously, in an hour of doing this i got 2 genies and a drill demon

dont try going for lvl 2 ones on guards, they drop tonnes of coins but nothing else. i dunno what does drop lvl 2 ones as quick as lvl 1s from HAMs and lvl 3s from steel dragons but there probably is one somewhere...

I suggest mining essence with 28 a pack, you get 30gp ea and therefore each pack is 840gp It isnt much, but get 100 packs for 84k (believe me that is quick), and 1000 packs (28k ess) will sell for 840k minimum, more because of the amount. Or you could merchant deaths like most f2pers

better suggestion than that: If you are a member, merchant mud battlestaffs (or, if very clever, buy mud battlestaff, turn to mystic mud staff in seers and sell for 300k more (260k profit)

Hill giants or hobgoblins Both drop limpwort roots frequently, which sell for 1k ea usually big bones sell 350ea and u get 1 for each hill giant you kill a lot of gd runes are dropped by hobgoblins Both drop a lot of coins over 1hr, you can easily make 200k+ an hr even if you are as lazy as me.

Chuck all the tools - they are worth 1gp ea HAM robes are useless if you finished quest, as are monkey greegrees (keep ninja 1 in case u wanna train agility) but chuck any items from quests you have no use for Turn all ore into bars and use all your bars up - you will be surprised how much space you get from that. Finally, sell the stuff that arent in full sets (white mystic etc) as you only need 1 type of mystic etc

Btw I read this when you first put this version up on tip.it. Since then I have seen copies on runescape official forums no less than 30 times. Quite impressive. The more people who put this up on runescape forums, the better, they may take the idea and work on it then.
