I'd take members anyday over f2p. There are tons of idiots and new players and the people considered noobs that just have no clue what the game is about in f2p. However I like it. It's more relaxed in my opinion. Someday I'm going to spend like a week in f2p, just training on Lessers and I always used to do to have fun and get money. I just enjoy it. But it's a major inconvenience to everything.

What would be the most useless item to have irl?
Codguy replied to D3M0NX's topic in General Discussion
A kebab, sure to give you gas. -
I listen to music all the time, I always have a window up for Tip.it and two other forums that I'm part of. I have my email up just in case, and then MySpace and Facebook. If I'm doing something like cooking, fletching, or fishing (afk skill), I'll end up watching tv shows/movies online, like Scrubs. And of course what would the day be like if I wasn't talking to my friends both in IRC and through instant messaging?

Someone who was going for 99 Range from 90 on Blogscape, Metal Heart6 I believe, said he was getting 180-210k xp an hour normally, and 210-240k xp an hour with Eagle Eye (15%). This is all Range potted too. I guess at a high enough lvl and if you get lucky, you could top 250k+ but that's about it from what I've seen/heard.

Two things to note. First off, you aren't killing that many of these creatures to get the good drops. Don't expect to get anything good in the first 20 or so things that you slay, sometimes it takes hundreds to get something decent, thousands to get something great. And second off, these low leveled creatures don't drop anything really good. The best you are likely to get would be a crawling hand (that you can stuff) from the Crawling Hands. So don't expect much from these low leveled creatures, especially with so few kills.

According to a priceguide, Zybez's Priceguide, a full set of Guilded armor costs 5.3-5.5m. And it is members only.

I believe that you're thinking of levels rather than xp. Stats get harder to level up as they get higher, but the xp for most skills increases per hour. So it'll be easier later on to get 100k xp in a week. Plus 100k xp in a week is easy if you play enough at low lvls.

I highly doubt you can do that with salamanders. With Red Chinchompas which is the fastest xp in the game, you can get max 240-250k xp an hour with 95+ range, range pot, and range prayer at Ape Atoll. So if you were to change the concept of salamanders to Red Chinchompas, then you could probably obtain an obscene amount of xp in both Range and Def that way.

If you're a member, you can go to Canafis (if you've beaten Priest in Peril) and buy various colored clothes. If you're a nonmember, you can try to get a friend (member friend) to get you some or buy some for a few thousand at most.

Yeah, as stated before, they're an awesome task, one of my favorites. You can range them if you don't want to melee them. Good drops too. Bring alchs.

Cannonballs, Arrows, Darts, Knives, or Bars?
Codguy replied to curmudgeony's topic in Help and Advice
If you want sure money, and fairly fast for selling, go with cannonballs. They are a little less xp per bar and take a bit longer but you get quite a bit extra money, and you can sell up to 210 each and they sell really easily at 200 each. -
C0dguy. :D Looks as if you've got a nice one there.

You don't need to. Confirmed here and also at least one J Mod announced it on the forums, I forget which one though.

Try Karils with V/T Helm with melee protection. That way you only have to deal with magic and although Tip.it says up close they don't range, I've seen them do it, so you could go with V Skirt/T Legs rather than a K Skirt. But that's just my opinion.

Well been training Prayer. I kept thinking I'd get a combat lvl but... I didn't, obviously. I'll get 119 next Prayer lvl. And then this just in... Well with Miths coming out, I decided to try out 1k Magic Darts at them, and failed to get anything. Then with 11k from 91 Magic, decided to go to Steels and Irons to finish it up along with the 9k Fire Bolts I'm planning on using up. Let's hope I get something finally!

Gratz on your nub xp or whatever... :D

I've never been a fan of Dharoks but with the right setup it's great xp. Scimmy was the best xp from just normal weapons until the Berserker Necklace came out. With that and an Obby Sword, you can hit as high as a whip (maybe a tad bit stronger) but a little less accurate. Someone tested it out and got 3k less xp an hour with the Sword than the Whip so it's great xp. If you can afford it, get the Obby Sword/Zerker Necklace combo.

I forgot about Orange Salamanders, but I'd recommend changing to Red at 59. I caught Orange Salamanders only to 53 Hunter (Chinchompas) because I couldn't stand banking to get more water.

I will mention my favorite spots along with others that are good. As mentioned previously, Fire Giants, Bandits, and Ankous are good. Bandits are good for the xp, Fire Giants and Ankous are more for a mix of money and xp. Some others are Dagannoths which like Bandits, are easy to kill and there's lots of them so it continues on. They're more for xp rather than drops. Greaters are good, however they become better at 110+ cmb, mainly because you don't have to switch to Guthans all the time. They're harder but good for money if you get lucky, but the lvl 149 and lvl 133 Tzhaars are good... Not that great for money. If you do this, try to avoid the Rangers that are lvl 133 and always bring extra food with you. Even at lvl 118 cmb, I have to eat sometimes. I haven't been there since I was f2p but you could try out Ice Warriors and Ice Giants, they're good. I never fought them much because they were too far in terms of banking and this was all while f2p so no Guthans. Lessers are ok, easy to kill but not very much hp. They can be decent. Well those are some ideas for you!

Red chinchompas aren't the absolute best xp, but they're either the 2nd or 3rd best, plus they stack and sell for a fairly good amount. So once you're lvl 63 Hunter, you should catch Red Chinchompas for the most part. It's still great xp. However until then, I'd recommend going with what works for you and what's fastest. I caught Chinchompas until I was lvl 59 and then I caught Red Salamanders until lvl 63. However you could do anything you want. I recommend Red Salamanders at 59-63. I hope this helped you some!

The most cost effective and damage effective that I've come across is to make some Emerald tips for maybe 1/20, 1/15, and no more than 1/10 of your bolts. So if you were to make 1k bolts, make about 75-100 enchanted emerald tipped bolts maybe? Always use the Accumulator to get back the bolts too just fyi. This way you can shoot the emerald tipped bolts until the dragons are poisoned, then use the regular bolts to finish up the job. It makes things go fast and is practically the same cost, especially if you pick up all the emeralds yourself. Mith works just fine because under mith is too weak (kind of) and above mith is fairly expensive for what you're doing. I hope that helps!

I would recommend either Maging from the two (I believe two) safespots, using addy/rune bolts with high range and a range pot, or meleeing with Karils and melee protection. HOWEVER, the first day I watched a lvl 100-105 (can't remember) and a lvl 115 or so using Veracs at Miths. It's the fastest way to do it, however you need a Super Def pot along with Super Att and Str (maybe Sara Brews + Super Restores + Super Att/Str instead). That and you need to use your strongest defensive prayer to limit attacks. You can use protection from magic and Antifire Pots but you have to be potted the whole time. Technically this is the best way to kill them besides using the safe spots (except that it takes forever to get a dragon that way), but it is the most dangerous. I would highly not recommend using this method, but if you choose to, this is what I saw.

For future reference, please use Tip.it's Treasure Trail Guide. However for your answer, the raspberry is one of your emotes that you can use and you need to be facing the monkey cage in Ardougne. Remember you also need to equip a studded leather body, bronze platelegs, and a normal staff with no orb. Good luck!

Check out Tip.it's Treasure Trail Guide for everything you need to know about Treasure Trails. It's a very good guide. The answer to your question is:
