I think it was 150 or so Gargoyles for my task. I haven't had a good trip like this before, maybe it's just average, who knows :P

I really enjoy how most people think Jagex has put absolutely NO thought into this update at all. As if they haven't been around since the beginning and some schmuck who has been playing the game for 3 years and has level 99s across the board would know more about the economy. Jagex is going to realease this update that has most likely been thought out for a VERY long time no matter what John Q. Runescaper has to say about it. There is a reason behind EVERY update.

Stop reading into every update like JaGex is teasing and tormenting us with underlying meanings in the updates they put out. This is not literature class. There are no motifs, sub-plots, or themes to updates.

Dude if you don't think it is an achievement, then don't post. Just because it isn't an achievement to you, doesnt mean it isn't an achievement to someone esle. On topic congrats on desert treasure done. I need to do it, I'm just too lazy to get my thieving up. #-o So wait....isn't this the "rate this" board? And considering someone has the nerve to post something that a lower level can do, they should be able to take the critcism as well. Just because someone has a different opinion than you does NOT make them wrong, so stop harping on him. As for the quest, it's nothing special really. 5/10.

I think that as a paying member, I can expect certain things from JaGex. I expect every update to be QUALITY and sensible...but I will never ask to substitute timing of an update for it's quality. I also expect JaGex to continue to enforce any and all rules they make to the fullest extent. Especially macroing.

I was bored, please no kill me :XD: LMAO...I've said things to my best friend IRL (who also plays runescape) about RS in person...and like halfway through the conversation we'll just say "God....we're so freakin lame.." and laugh about it. I'm one of the most popular kids in my high school and I've played RuneScape for 3 years. I'm a senior, captain of the hockey team, #1 Doubles team for tennis, and center snare for my drumline. I know TONS of kids that play RuneScape that are normal everyday kids and then some that are the "nerd" type, but I don't like to label it as such, because I spend a lot of time on computers, and I'm not a nerd at all. I have a bunch of friends that are into RuneScape hardcore, but we just don't talk about it at school 8-)

I would give half of it to my best IRL friend that also plays runescape who has been just great for 2 years now... SO...now I have 125mil left. I would save 25mil right off the bat. Buy Guthans for slayer and Veracs for KQ. And spend the rest on getting as high as I possibly can in the ranks of herblore. That is about it I think.

What's the best technique for killing these? I have been there a few times and I'm just too lazy to figure it out myself.

Great skills man... I got lured and killed out of 2k bstrings by Urballzrmine about 2 years ago...I didn't know why there was a block of ice around me and I couldn't move #-o

Nice drop, saves you about a week of killing if you ever decide to go for all of them 8-)
