Trust me, CT Daggs will give you more xp/hr due to no one being there.

They are block-worthy. [cabbage] charms, effigies, mediocre xp, mediocre $. nope, pretty good xp actually. Much better than the xp the other block list tasks give. yeah, crappy charms, effigies, and money, but you don't slay for money and the xp is more than enough to make them worth it despite low charms and effigies. I'm sure Quyneax will agree with me on this one. I wouldn't consider the xp you say they give good xp tbh.

I went on that DKs trip last night and it went pretty well. Made 1.1m off drops and split a 100 noted runite drop 50/50, so 600k in all. However, I ran out of brews at like 10 Prime and Supreme kills. I followed the elemental titan inventory for Verac's Hybridding in this guide.
