I love how people say that it is over powered because NINETY NINE range hits hard on 80 80 80. As far as i know, not too many pkers have 99 range, and its much harder to get than 80 80 80...Range is indeed slightly under powered, not by much but under powered none the less =; To even things, lets say someone with 99 range and 70 def was vs a rune pure with 70 att and 99 str...The ranger wouldnt even stand much of a chance :uhh:

This happened in my city. And it is the kids fault, kids can understand the difference from wrong and killing someone (or trying to), they should and MIGHT be charged. I'm tired of people using the excuse "Their parents didnt raise them good" because its bs, people are capable of makign their own choices and know whats wrong and what isnt.

14 is no way too old. I'm 16 and going out for halloween, im short so i just have to put on an electronic mask :thumbsup: I know people who have gone out when they were like 18 (and wore costumes from when they were 10, was hilarious)...trick or treating = free candy.
