hm... im in pretty much the same situation. you could always go tt items, but KNOW YOUR PRICES!!! ive lost tons of money buy buying at the wrong time and not being able to recover it. also helpful. know where you live, and the prices when you are on, and when they go doen. most people dont know that aussie gp is worth more than us gp(only because different people are awake at different times, so the prices differ) get it?

if you REALLY need money(and have nothing to merchant with) COWHIDES=100-120 each viles of water=150-200(last i checked) rune ess=30 each iron=100 each silver bars=240 each bones=100-150 each soft clay=100 each??? ther are more, but these have been known to sell fairly well.(get on ecen hundreds, sell best in thousands

cyclops and ankou have been good.(i got 2 in a day, but then again, i was on for 7 hours straight the next day, and went to bed with nothing)

Only outside the alter. Inside saying "lm" alerts them to the fact that they don't have to leave the alter, therefore getting you a trade faster.

fishing.=) proud owner of lvl 60 fishing. from 53, if yopu skill it straight, itl take about ten hours. unless thers a faster was to do it as a member, then lobsters. if you dont really need cooking exp or cash, then sell them to the general store(if your ftp) otherwise, bank in catherby.

the best ways i know of are merchanting, noteflipping(buy large notes for just over the minimum, and sell just under the maximum), cluing(if you have REALLY good luck), drops, etc. woodcutting is 1 of the best ways that i can think of.(my friend got 5m in 3 days)

P.S. and if by chance, ypou find 500k lying on the ground(my idiot little brother did(it was gone in a month)) then a good place to train magic(the most expensive skill) is by using the curse spells on the dude under varrok castle stairs. you can get ultra high mage w/o hp(not the best but its sorta kool)

if i wer you, ide research the skills you want(unless you will do all), and narrow down to 1(maybe 2) combat skills, and 3-4 non combat skills. if i were you, strength, fishing mining and smithing would be my choice.(maybe prayer, as the advantages get awsome with high level.) on my apsitively account, i started as a pure strength/fisher till 34 strength, and 45 fishing and 45 cooking i then alternated between strength and attack till 40 atk(dont go higher until your like level 50 combat) raise strength to 50, and then maybe add in mage/range, and prayer. a pure that you turn into a main(by adding skills in down the road) is an awsome monster killer, and pker.(i would no) curently, im 40 prayer, aiming for 43.. as for making money, go with regular bones. train on chickens till level 10 combat, then go kill monks. keep all of the bones(unles your doing prayer, then do cowhides) vials of water=150 each cowhides=100-120 each soft clay=100 each? bones=100-150 each these are some good things to get (go for 1-2k of them before selling) good luck

a little off topic, but i heard that daggers work extremely well too.(despite being weak, they are fast.)

lol... no quests, no levels required. start: world 66(or 99 if you wanna lose ess and get 1 more law per load) draynor or fally bank(east fally, i use draynor) bring: -if you have them, bring boots of lightness and anything else that makes you weigh less(longer run) prayer anf agility help) -27 pure rune essence -if you have it, a law tiara my extremly small guide to law running: memorize the names of 3-4 maximum high quality crafters. look for them to come out of the alter , and before they can talk, trade them FAST! never say 'law me' the crafters hate it, and it doesnt work. its just spam. be polite, and crafters might remember your name and favor you in trades.

unless you can train it at pc, then use the agility arenas(the barcrawl is fun=) )

decent guide. ill try using a rune dagger. i think the best type of pker(you might add this to your list) is a pure str-gone mad. ill explain. on my other account, apsitively, i started as a total pure str. after around 32 str, i started on attack. once str was 45 and attack was 40, i skilled str to 50(unfortunately, its still there...) and did dragon slayer. i started raising ranged somwhere in there(its 32, aiming for 40) and i have prayer at lvl 40(its good to get to 25 right off)and aiming for 43. my magic is currently at 31 going for 41, and then ill get 80+ str. dragon brought my defence up from lvl 1(0 def) to lvl 33, which i didnt really want, but i got it anyway... i raised it to 40 so now i can wear my rune g pl8 that i merchanted for=P. anyway, the other week(before d slayer) i killed a level 64 in full rune and he had lobbies (he attacked me). i had trout, but i killed him(at lvl 51 combat). this is my best kill. but anyway, this account works actually better than some pures.

my parents let me be a member 2 months outs the year dude. i can afford it, but they dont really think the games that great(putting it lightly) and when i am a member, its a rush to get things done. so dont go dissing ftp. my stupid bank is half full of members stuff that i wasnt about to give away for cheep. thers more than a few K in members stuff that i have to keep.... just venting... :wall: about the mage update, i dont have time to read it all, but i support the idea that we need a new update badly.

i have a suggestion for magic. have you ever felt weak in magic after reading about the ultra powerful mages that created runes for normal people to use? this will give it a new dimension.after 99 magic is reached, you will be able to start over in your spell book, and reach the Eldar mage lvls. the new twist? NO RUNES! you start at wind strike, and raise your Eldar mage lvl. BUT since you are only just learning to control Eldar magic, it somtimes hits you instead of the intended target. im not sure if the Eldar alternative books will be available. now you REALLY have to run! :uhh:

i need to take a count of how may people might buy or even read an ebook about all the runescape scams, and how to avoid them. it will have those obscure items that noob say are 'rares', and tons of other stuff.(im pretty sure i know all of them, believe me, ive been scammed out of more than 3m in my career.not at once #-o ) so is any1 interested or do you think it will sell(if you think its a good resource, but dont think any1 would buy it, just tell me. i might have it uploaded to tipit or somthing)
