as i was f2p once i was wanted quick exp i went to flesh crawlers with about 5k arrows and just auto retaliated and shot i got around 28kexp an hr using around 1.7k bronze arrows i picked the northwest room and after it got unaggressive i went south to the other crawlers and ran back to make them aggressive again

plant toadflax or ranarrs for herbs sweetcorn for allotments marigolds for flowers in fally,ardy,catherby, and canifis plant willows until 45 then maples curry trees for fruit plants

oh yeah, i used all the pouches... but i didn't use summoning (7 ess carriers) and i definitely remember getting more than 30k / h impossible unless u wasted a whole bunch of gp also u can only store pure ess into pouches
